(+) Sustainable: A much needed trait in a fast developing country, absent in the majority of hotels. Here there is no unnessesary waste, only use of bio-friendly materials, and friendly recommendations in the app on how to be more sustainable. (+) Facilities: Nordic style decoration, minimal & smart space utilization, with focus on comfort & quality. By far best hotel facilities I have seen, outperforming any 5-star hotels. (+) Community: The use of the shared facilities as well as the app features makes this place feel like a friendly community where one can socialize with others, or focus on their own work in a shared space. (+) Value: By far exceeding what you get with what you pay. The location next to 798 is also very good, conveniently close to the airport.

I went there with my older sister for the transit to Dalian. The hotel is located opposite 798 art street which is a good area for taking a walk and sightseeing. Inside the room is so fabulous and so stylist which I really love the design. Under the hotel, it has an Australian's style café you can try it.

It's a bit difficult to find a hotel. The taxi driver took around 20-30 minutes to find the hotel because the location from Google map (either Chinese map) or booking.com are not the same. So he drives around the area and it wastes a lot of time.

Very nice apart hotel with beautiful and clean rooms. Shared kitchen (with coffee machine and dishwashing machine) and laundry room are available. Location is quite good, the personnel is friendly and speaks english.

Somewhat expensive and requires additional money deposit during stay. Although, the price/quality ratio is fair enough. Room cleaning is only once in three days (staying for three nights implies no room cleaning).

The room was very nice and clean. The automated appliances were exceptional. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lounge and shared appliances were also good. If you like being around 798 art zone then this place would be perfect, because it is literally from across the street.

Mostly location, it was quite far from most of the city and also the subway station. It would have been okay if the subway was closed but it was quite far

The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was nice. They had drinking water in their taps and had many beautiful lights. Enough towels

I didn't like the fact that when I was checking in they told me to pay deposit but it was not written on the advert. I paid it thinking they will give me in the morning to my surprise they said I will get it after 24hours and until today I didn't get it.

Really enjoyed. The design of the hotel, location and the staff service were fantastic.

The room cleaning service should be improved. Stayed for 4 nights and didn't clean the room. Should have the service to clean at least once 2 days for cleaning rubbiah bin at least.Otherwise, the location, staff and everything was a great.

It's a great concept that allows for interactions and the co-living offers options not catered for in larger formal business hotel environments; it's a more relaxed setting and caters for those living in the city and short-stays. I found the staff to be very helpful and warm. I look forward to staying at Stey again.

Modern hotel with amazing facilities such as a gym, kitchen, lounge area and co-working space. Spacious rooms with full amenities, kitchenette and great bed linens. Very comfortable, felt like home

The hotel is a bit far from the city centre so you must use the subway or public bikes to get around this huge city.

The hotel is very modern and hi-tech, there’s an app you can download to access all the room facilities in your room so it’s super convenient and very interesting if you’re into that kind of stuff. The staff speak English which is a major plus because not many hotels in China have English speaking staff. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Location is not too great except for that it is close to 798, which is cool, but it’s far from the rest of the city’s main attractions and very far from a metro station.
