The hotel is 5 min away from a metro station and various stores and restaurants. The street is calm and rather safe. It took one hour by metro and bus in total to get the airport. Though there was no bottle of water as stated in the booking details, we were allowed to drink water and take the dishes in the kitchen.

Wi-fi is 1 out of 10! It's just awful, though there're 3 networks and none of them worked well on the second store! There was a hole in one towel, so we changed it. Have no idea why a 3* hotel keeps towels like these... The breakfast is pretty boring (egg scrumble and milk optionally). There was no soap in the bathroom and free toiletries as stated in the booking details. Shower gel was above the bathroom, so all in all not very convenient to wash hands. Also there was only 1 hook for a towel, only 1 chair and only 1 nigh table. Not very convenient for a company of 2 persons. We could hear all the sounds outside the room (neighbours, doors, kitchen, reception), so if you're sensitive to sounds, take ear plugs with you.

Breakfast was buffet style. There was plenty of variety available including cereals, toast & spreads, juice, coffee/tea and European style (slices of cheese, salami, ham and seasoned slices of tomato). This morning, I was offered a serve of scrambled eggs as well. My double room was very generous in size. Well appointed with a desk, hanging space etc. The bathroom was generous in proportion as well. The staff were always welcoming & helpful. This accommodation had feeling of a home away from home. The accommodation is only about 5 mins walk from the Manuel Montt subway station and numerous buses travel along the nearby main road as well. Cafes, restaurants, an excellent bakery, small supermarket can all be easily found on Providencia street, where the subway is also situated. There is a communal lounge area beside the Dining area. There was a delightful garden space in front of the boutique Hotel.

Most of the rooms are located on the second floor. There is no lift, but staff were very helpful by carrying my suitcase up & down the steep staircase.

Great location on a quiet side street right off main drag of Providencia neighborhood, which is very safe a walkable. Staff were sweet and accommodating. Breakfast ok to good- not much variety what’s there is fine. Buffett style and they will bring scrambled eggs on request. Very good AC in room. Less than 5 min walk to metro. Tons of good food options within easy walk.

Nothing. No lift, so might be a problem with heavy luggage or for the infirm (neither was an issue for us) if on the second floor.

The building itself is beautiful and the location is perfect - a quiet street with a few bars and restaurants, and only a short walk from public transport. The room was very comfortable and the bed was huge and comfy. Breakfast included a decent selection of food and drink. Staff were friendly and helpful.

An extra toilet roll in the bathroom wouldn't have gone amiss. At breakfast, the bread was a bit disappointing: sliced loaf rather than nice fresh Chilean bread.

I booked this place for a 3 days in Santiago. The communication from staff post booking was great including on WhatsApp which answered many of my questions and queries promptly. I arranged airport pickup with hotel prior to arriving which was helpful. The staff member when i arrived spoke great English and was most helpful with tourist suggestions and maps. Some of the other staff were friendly but didn't speak English so well. I used google translator and tried some Spanish and we got by. One staff let me borrow their transport card for Metro system which was nice. The location in Providencia is very safe. It is easy to walk everywhere and restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, station, pubs are all very close. The facility has some seats and tables outside to sit and relax, the dining area is very spacious with many tables and even a couch and tv to sit and relax. Breakfast was good. The rooms are quite good except there is no lift only a stairs. Inside the room all facilities are provided, mini fridge, A/C, TV etc. No water is given. Overall a very good stay and happy to recommend this place.

The place is secure with gate outside, but having to press bell to get in or look for staff at times can be a challenge if reception staff busy doing things like watering plants, in kitchen etc. Generally all was good but toilets could be cleaned better inside. Need to be prepared to climb stairs as no lift.

Super super friendly and helpfull staff. We had some passport things to arrange at the embassy and the staff helped us with communication, transport, printing documents and all that. A very nice small garden with chairs and palm-tree shade, with view on the quiet street with 1920-houses. The hotel is situated in a quiet part of the block, hardly traffic (hotels further down the streef are not). Nice atmosphere, nice guests only (no idea how they manage that but they do).

Overall, a great customer service. Everyone was very kind, friendly and always ready to help out to accommodate our requests. The rooms, while not overly spacious, offered good value for their price. The location is great - it's in the safe and vibrant neighbourhood of Providencia, accessible by taxi with a wide range of nice restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.

The bathroom, though functional, is on the smaller side and feels a bit outdated, with just the basic amenities provided. Also, we noticed the Wi-Fi can get a bit spotty when moving from the room to common areas like the reception, but it wasn't a major issue.

The staff was really really really nice, helpful and friendly. The position is great and the price also good.

Well, the room was quite small, what per se is not a big deal. However, there were almost no spaces to lay down the luggage or our stuff. With a few work this aspect could easily be solved. It was also not really clean and the towels were quite old with some holes. All these things could be easily solved. In general however we are satisfied.

The staff. We had hand bags stolen while at a nearby restaurant. Elias came and assisted at the restaurant then went with us to report the theft. The next day Alfonso assisted my friend to get a police report and organized for someone to take her to the embassy and to buy a new phone. They could not have been more helpful and it was so appreciated!! I dont think you would get this level of support from a big hotel!

The location was great, close to metro and several places to eat and get coffee. The young woman at the check-in desk was terrific, she was very knowledgeable and helped us navigate the city. Very secure, staff had to buzz you in and out of the property. Community lounge and areas were clean and cheerful
