The young man working the front desk was one of the best I have ever had for check in. Friendly, quick and ready to make my the best he could. The only issue I had was the fact I had to book at booking,com to get the best price. with front desk staff as good as he was, he should be able to match the online pricing.

Some of the people hanging around the parking lot at all hours was a bit concerning for your vehicle parked outside. The food in the lounge could have been better.

This facility is old & definitely could use repairs & reno's. That being said, our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff we came in contact with were pleasant & friendly. Despite being located by a large casino, which was right beside our room, it was quiet & we both had uninterrupted sleep. There is a restaurant on site, we met friends & had breakfast there, it was great. We had no complaints, as I said, the building is old and needs to be modernized, repaired & renovated. We would stay there again.

Needs some modernization & reno's....but we still have no complaints about the staff, beds, cleanliness or wifi.

The restaurant and the kids liked the pool area was alright I guess

Didn't like how the check in Clark was talking to me I didn't get his name Ethier trying to give me a hard time checking in. The last time I was here it went smoothly but this guy was something else but was a stay ..

I loved the clean room, huge TV and the staff gave me a room near the elevator, as I have a hard time walking distances. I have a bad knee.

I loved everything, the friendly staff, the soft beds, the restaurant right downstairs. I hope to stay there again soon.

The property was close to the main highways going north and south. It was also near restaurants/pubs.

There were young kids active playing in the hallways until 10 or 11 pm in the evening. Their activities included running as well as raised voices while they engaged with each other. The plugins in my room would not firmly grip a cell phone charger cord making it impossible to make an electrical connection in order to charge my phone.

I liked that the casino was built in, which made it safer to access. The pool was good, but needs a lifeguard. The restaurant was excellent. The rooms were good. The beds were comfy.

The elevator needs a good wash.

Location, lounge and parking. Big TV was a bonus too.

Seemed a bit high priced in comparison to other similar hotels. I assume it was because of the casino and high demand.

They removed towels & didn't replace all of them. In their defense they were swamped with regular guests & added evacuation people

Breakfast selection suitable for all/most diets. Service by personnel was respectful but welcoming. I felt safe. My room was clean and quiet.

I would have liked an earlier check-in time.

Hotel was very clean. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and water slide were fun and great for kids. Would book again.

my only minor complaint was that the pool didn’t open until 10am. During our stay the pool attendant came into the pool and was pretty rude to us because we had our children in the hot tub.
