This was an excellent, luxury stay at an affordable price for a regular middle-income family. A beautiful waterfall crowns the grand entrance, where there is a variety of comfortable seating options. The grounds are incredible, with vast lawns for kids to run freely on far from streets and cars, sports fields, public-use barbecues, a beautiful lake with a terrace to enjoy the views and kayaks & paddle boats to get out on the water, and a fun playground for kids to have fun in. There is also a golf course and a spa and swimming pool that sadly we didn't have time to enjoy. Breakfast was included in our stay and was very diversified and delicious, notwithstanding having cold cuts and hard-boiled eggs in place of hot protein sources like eggs and sausages.

Not having more time to stay here. Also, our room looked outdated (especially for such luxury accommodation) and could benefit from renovation.

Beautiful and quiet! Lake was perfect , views were lovely and location is excellent for a private getaway!

The only downside was the staircase in our room! It’s very rickety and I fell , hurting my knee , the first night. We had our senior dog with us so after that experience I was nervous about it. Fortunately there’s an exterior elevator to the second floor part of the suite which worked out. The only other recommendation is more info upon check in. IE: room service, pool / resto / hot tub hours, ice machine… etc. We received our keys and were sent on our way! Past that all other staff was incredible!

The facilities were beautiful. The lake was amazing and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had free access to different water craft. We could even fish, which we did and had a great time.

Only point is the bedding. The bed cover is way too hot and it seem like none of the bedding breathe, which makes it quite difficult to sleep though the heat.

Comfortable, nice facilities (jacuzzi), lake was great and very close.

There is a restaurant and a very good one but there is nothing else, if there is some other options that would be great

Coffee machine at the room but not water. The garage need more ev charging station. The 2 spots were unavailable at the time of our stay

Everything! Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. The facility is beautiful.

The door lock was a bit tricky the first time, but fine after that. Pretty minor complaint.

Very nice big clean rooms . Good Resturant , little pricy. Our room came with complimentary breakfast. Very nice friendly staff!

Charged me $50 for my small dog

Everyone was soooo lovely to us. We loved the luxurious room, exceptional food and the relaxing spirit of the place. We adored our visit and can’t wait to go back.

The soap was kind of oily, it felt like it never rinsed off? The gym had some broken machines.

Beautiful place

From the Hawksberry exit of 417 Google maps directs you down a HORRIBLE unpaved road. We arrived at around 7 in the evening. The restaurant on the property was already closed for the night, as was the other restaurants located a few miles down the road. I would suggest arriving during daylight, as signage is rather poor.

It was quiet, clean , everyone was super friendly and just a beautiful facility . The food was excellent. Will gladly go back
