The room was very clean & cozy warm.Not many patrons so it was nice and quiet. The shower was perfect with lots of hot water..The motel was centrally located & close to everything I needed.

Unfortunately my stay was during winter months and snow plowing beepers and trucks on the highway kept me awake for much of the night.There was nothing wrong with the motel

The street noise wasn't too excessive, for a Thursday night, but it is right on Hwy 17 so I was prepared in case it was - I had the a/c on as well. The room was great! Queen bed was comfortable, bathroom was small but nice, TV, microwave/mini fridge, a desk set-up, as well as a small eating/sitting table and an armoire.

The only minor flaws were a bath towel that had a dime-sized stain on the edge (I didn't need 2 anyway, but still mentionable), no bathroom fan (but there was a window), and the clock radio was on the tv stand across the room and not the night stand. The opportunity for improvement would be to create a booklet or binder or even a typed-up pamphlet with information about local attractions, shopping, food, entertainment, etc. so that visitors (like me) could find amenities outside the hotel. Overall I had an enjoyable stay, and will stay here again on my next trip! Thank you!

Everything was very clean. Fridge and microwave were clean and worked perfectly. The TV was in good condition and we had a lot of viewing choices.

We were right beside McDonald’s and it was noisy. We had no Wifi. A/C was noisy.

Our room was quiet, clean and the beds comfortable. Excellent location as well.

The water pressure is lacking. Double check reservations as I definitely was under the impression I was booking 2 queen beds yet, when I arrived, it was only one. They were able to rectify at an additional charge.

Great location with several fast food places and a grocery store a minute walk away. Beautifully clean rooms with air conditioning and mini fridge and microwave. The hosts were kind and helpful.

I have to say that this was the cleanest place I've ever stayed in. Thanks for taking so much pride in keeping such a high level of cleanliness.

the only complaint are the chairs. They were not very comfortable to sit in and were too large for the space and to move.

The value for the money was exceptional. The room had a table and 2 chairs, a desk and and a chair. Fridge, microwave that were easy to operate, coffee maker. Cupboard and chest, more than you ever need for a one night stay, but could be very handy for a longer stay.

heated room when I entered . did not have to wait to turn on heater and let the room get hot. heated room helped to change cloths right after I got in to my room .

I love the warm and comfortable feeling I always get when staying here. Very clean and crisp fresh smelling linens. Very hospitable owners and employees. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Lincoln Motel.

Nice motel with easy access to local shops and restaurants. Clean room with fridge coffee maker. Nice welcome with a smile. Would stay again
