The location is outside the center of St. Catharines, just across the street from Brock University which I liked a lot. There is a large free parking just outside the hotel and a beautiful park nearby. The hotel inside is full of light and nicely furnished, and rooms are spacious, with separate zones for sleep and work. Spacious, clean, and comfortable restaurant. We liked the food.

On reception when I was checking in, there was no option for wireless payment with Apple Wallet, so, I had trouble with finding my credit card PIN code. On some days, only continental breakfast is served.

The location is perfect if you are visiting Brock University (which is why we chose it). We had a suite and it was perfect for our family. The suite was very clean and comfortable. The Breakfast was very very good. The first morning it was a buffet and the second morning there was no buffet and it we ordered from a limited but very good menu. We did not use the pool or fitness facilities but we did check them out and they seemed very clean as well. Parking is super easy.

Just a couple of small things - there was only 1 remote for 2 televisions so it made it rather inconvenient to watch tv in both the bedroom and sitting room - wasn't a big deal for us but could be for others. Also, we had requested more coffee cups (as we had somehow missed getting our room serviced), and the cups were never delivered. We believe the hotel may have been a little short-staffed as we waited a long time to check in, and the restaurant was closed for the first evening due to not having staff available. Not a lot of places to eat nearby (except McD's and Timmies).

This was our 2nd stay at the hotel and we were happy to receive the same (or very similar) suite as last time we booked. This hotel is almost across the road from Brock University which is what we needed. When we can find a good price we will always book here. The suites are well-appointed and very clean, modern and spacious.

I cannot think of anything I didn't like with this stay.

Room was great, bed was comfortable. Loved the automated shades and blinds. Room set up was amazing.

1 old washing machine for an entire hotel? Breakfast was not good French toast was cold, eggs were tasteless and cooked from a bag. Bacon was only barely fully cooked. Expensive for what is served would not recommend.

Breakfast was good. The staff at the restaurant were always happy to cater to my requests. A special thank you to Tina and Brooke at the restaurant. Facilities were good and I like the proximity to Brock. It makes it easy to visit my son.

Nothing in particular. The one day of no water in the hotel was inconvenient but totally understand the need for urgent maintenance.

The room was a great size!!! Separate bedroom, space to work. The restaurant was well priced the food was great. Breakfast was very good. I would stay here anytime.

Again a great room, although it could have used a bit of a freshen up, paint scrapes from guests who are not careful, and being the top floor a few spots in the ceiling that could sure attention.

This is one of our favourite properties and we always stay here when we travel to this area. Everything is taken care of for the Hotel Guests and there is nothing not to like in this property. The Hotel Staff, are very accomodating and look after guests requests very energetically and promptly.

During our stay we found that the pillows were lumpy and would request the management to look into replacing these, as they are not comfortable to sleep. Housekeeping staff didnot clean beside the Aircon unit and we found some cobwebs there, which was upsetting for our son, but once housekeeping was informed they were quick to take action and clean the area.

Hotel is just amazing from the very smooth check in to hassle free check out. Bedding,furniture and other accessories were neat and clean..well hygiene was maintained in washrooms too. Overall a good experience with four point Sheraton Receptionist- Dan was very helpful Breakfast- Arya was very polite at Buffet counter

the hotel was very nice and clean. Front desk staff were accomodating

front parking area for registering was full of cars, when entering hotel there was no customers at desk. We left in our car came back in more than hour and same vehicles where in the spots. It should be monitored to ensure new arrivals have a sport to park

Bright, cheerful establishment. Clean. Great facilities, including pool, gym, snack bar.

Room had no closets, clothing racks, luggage racks, no hooks in the bathroom for towels, robes...where are patrons supposed to put their stuff?? There was a decent breakfast available, but it was overpriced and all the hot food was tepid.
