I had two rooms booked both were very clean I loved the large shower. Jake the after front desk guy was so awesome I’m glad he is still there he always makes your first impression of this place an awesome one friendly funny and loves his job keep him there. We stayed the Saturday night during the huge ice storm in the morning the parking lot was so icy the front desk guy called in for another round of salt and had it salted fast. We did toss out as much salt before they got there but they had a truck over in. 10-15 min long enough Breakfast was great fresh and the coffee is perfect I will definitely be booking this hotel every stay like I have the last few years

Overall a Good Stay with Minor Issues My overall experience at this property was very good. The place was clean, easily accessible, and had decent facilities that met my expectations. It was a smooth and hassle-free stay. The only downside was that the TV in the room wasn’t working. Since my stay was very short, this didn’t bother me much, but it’s something to be aware of for longer visits. All in all, I would recommend this property for its cleanliness and convenience, though there’s room for improvement in maintaining the amenities.

Honestly this hotel was fantastic, I expected the bare minimum and they went far above and beyond. Everything was fantastic, I was there supporting someone with a disability through work and they made everyone feel welcomed, let us eat pizza in the lobby even though it was inconvenient, they treated us with so much respect. The place was super clean and breakfast was better than expected. I don't think it could have been better for the price. Highly recommend!

The only things I disliked were that the chargers were not next to the bed and that there were no cereal bowls. I'm sure I could have asked but we were in a rush so that probably could have been sorted. I also wish the pillows were more firm, I'll never understand why there aren't both options but I should just bring my own lol.

The young man who checked me in, and the lady who did check-out were lovely. The location is fantastic for my needs, you can get to any number of restaurants and shops by foot. The breakfast was adequate, there wasn't a huge amount of selection and no fresh fruit. The young lady who took care of it kept everything filled and clean. The cleaning ladies were pleasant and did a wonderful job. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were extremely quiet.

I specifically chose Super 8, over other hotels in the area, because of the heated pool. The pool wasn't even remotely heated, it was ice cold, which I was warned about by other guests before entering (but ignored thinking they were exaggerating, they were not). The hot tub was also out of service.

The rooms were clean and well appointed. It was nice to have the breakfast included; there was a good spread and it was available for a good duration. The staff were friendly and helpful and our kids really enjoyed the swimming pool.

We got a text from staff saying we could reply if there was anything we needed. I did and requested an extra set of towels since we only had three and four guests, but we didn't get a reply or an extra set of towels. It was not a big deal, but clearly not an effective method of communication.

I loved how casual and friendly our stay was. Wry family friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable perfect for resting and recharging. Pool was great for a little exercise and for the kid to play safely as it was not too deep (really liked that! And perfect temperature). Also, loved how I could help myself to coffee or tea or juice outside of breakfast hours. Great price for the value.

It was convenient and the rooms, lobby, pool were very clean and modern. Comfy beds! The rooms had microwaves, mini fridges and coffee makers.

The hallways were kind of in rough shape and a little smelly, but maybe the carpets are the next thing on the list to be replaced? I think the eggs at breakfast were powdered which was kind of yucky but everything else was good and it was plentiful.

The breakfast was excellent. So much to choose. The girl attending the kitchenette was great!!

We noticed that the tv wasn’t new enough to chrome cast. Now a days customers like watching their own shows from their phone or device. Something to consider for the future to update the tv to chrome casting capabilities. This is not a complaint but just a suggestion. Keep up the good work. 😊😊😊

It was placed well for our unique location needs - this hotel served as a night stop bookending a trip for medical care in Toronto for someone outside of town. Best part is that it was dog friendly - a must for a senior who has no one to look after her dog while away.

The breakfast food was a bit bland - rather minor issue for a hotel that met our "keep it cheap" budget need. Any facility issues I had were well covered by talking with the staff and finding out that they were in the middle of some remodeling and upgrades to the building.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before. Each time was great. This time I travelled with my dog. One of the employees Jake from the front counter was so friendly and I’m pretty sure he helped me the previous time I’ve been there. The breakfast was delicious and the tea from the machine was better then Tim Hortons steeped tea! This is definitely the place I will stop on my next visit.
