Room & beds very comfortable. Front desk staff very welcoming & friendly. Nice breakfast to have included. Bathroom very adequate & clean. Nice big shower!

Two minor complaints:concerns; 1. The shower should have more water pressure. Had to stand right under the shower head to rinse hair. We were disappointed the water pressure was that low for such an impressive shower. 2. The fridge was set too cold. The back had ice on it with water lying in the bottom of the fridge. We let the front desk know. We tried to lower the setting but still ice.

Bed was comfy, room was a good temp and perfectly spacious, the TV was a smart TV so there was plenty of selection there, the walls are pretty soundproof so i wasn't woken up by anything, breakfast selection was great (The pancake machine here is REALLY high tech and the potatoes are DELICIOUS), shower pressure was good and the water was warm, and best of all, the staff are super friendly (:

A few pinprick sized stains on the sheets, a few hairs in the shower, and unwiped shelves, but honestly, with how hard hotel staff work in a day, I'd say they still did a great job.

Young man on the front desk from the UK when we arrived late and. was so delightful, warm and welcoming. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Rooms lovely and breakfast was amazing.

Would have been nice to be able to purchase wine on site for consumption in the room as we landed and everything was closed. Not a dealer breaker but would have been nice to unwind.

Convenient handicap parking. Easy and friendly check-in process. Clean and very comfortable room. Enjoyed the shower and sink amenities. Easy TV system. Roomy for moving about and well appointed furniture. Gorgeous and roomy walk-in shower

As a new hotel, there are a few items that could be added. The main one is adding a towel bar across the length of the wall for hanging things and as a hand hold for support if needed. Could increase the coffee and tea supplies, i.e. there were only two coffee cups, some cups for drinking water would have been better.

Extremely nice staff, very clean completely exceeded my expectations. feels like home. Plus the underground parking which made carrying the little one in much easier as well as warmer for us. The stay was very much enjoyable and I would gladly recommend to friends, family and the public. Short stay but would definitely stay here 1000 times over rather than the Admiral Inn (which is where we have been staying since October). This place is amazingly clean, beautiful, quiet, the staff is beyond amazing friendly and cheerful.

Staff was very friendly. They made you feel very welcome. Hotel was very clean and very modern decor, it was nice and very upscale. They also had quality Dove shampoo and soap bottles in the bathroom and shower instead of those cheap little bars of soap wrapped in paper that get stuck all over your hands when you try to open them. we loved our experience there and will definitely stay again!

Breakfast had a good selection, chairs where not a lot of . Somethings where not listed as to where they where . If you where looking for an item and had to ask someone else as the staff where not always around to ask .

Parking was a bit close to each other .having a truck was hard to find a place outside to park .

Nice new hotel in a convenient location. Very easy and affordable to get to the hotel from Hamilton airport. Good price, excellent service, delicious breakfast, best service

The fire alarm in the hotel made me a little nervous. It was very loud and alarming. In the end the rescue team that arrived did not find any fire and turned off the alarm. Not a very pleasant incident

It was clean and we didn’t have to ask to get fresh towels. Having breakfast included was very convenient. We were there for a dance competition and this allowed my daughter to start her day properly nourished.

Parking. Didn’t like having to be in an unpacked overflow parking area

Perfect location within walking distance of lots of restaurants, and everything is just a short drive away if you jump on the linc. New hotel with nice facilities and streaming services on the tv.

Parking lot wasn’t plowed very well when we arrived, and that was before the rest of the snowstorm started, no pool to use.
