Front staff was very friendly The interior was beautiful Room was very clean, and updated. The restaurant breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend to include breakfast with your hotel. It has been the best hotel breakfast we have had.

The building is not “sound proof” We had a room facing the road, you can hear the traffic and we were on the 4th floor. I’m a light sleeper, and it kept me up. You can hear everything and everyone from the hallway. There is a large gap from the entry door to the floor so the light shines through from the hallway.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful: Warm and delightful breakfast, spacious hotel room with a Nespresso machine, nice working desk (not your typical hotel desk), real / fragile mugs and glasses made me feel like I was home, water pressure was perfect in the bathroom, comfy bed. All of these details helped made my stay really comfortable while on a business trip.

Not sure if there was an indoor pool, I didn't really check. That would have been nice too especially during the winter time.

Location and nice size room. Enjoy the couch rather then a chair in the room.

Motel was too noisy st 10pm in the evening. Groups in motel. Kids running loudly in the halls at 10pm. We were on the 8th floor.. My nephew said he finally opened his door and said something ro then. The noise then settled down. When mentioning it to the front desk in the morning the comment wax. We had security ion. Yes but they can't be on every floor plus there was large parties in the event rooms.

Property is located close to the highway and many restaurants. Contrary to other reviews the furniture was not outdated. Very clean and comfortable as well. Staff were quick and courteous and helpful when we had questions. The Bruce restaurant in the lobby was delicious and breakfast was better than any hotel we’ve stayed with previously. We would definitely stay here again.

The room TV needed to be swapped out due to functional issues, but this was a negligible and minor inconvenience.

The breakfast was very good. Good assortment of foods. Beds were very comfortable. The complimentary toiletries will of good quality. I was attending a Wedding and they had a reserved block of rooms and given a free breakfast, which they were willing to compt us.

I didn't realize that I couldn't be in the block of rooms reserved for the wedding and get the same room rate as they did. This was more of a learning curve for me as I was not familiar with the process at all.

Breakfast was excellent.

Can't think of anything except when we went out for supper we had great difficulty getting back to the hotel. We were driving north and our app told us to turn left and then turn right which we did and ended up in the back end of a car wash. There were no visible street signs so we took a long trip to the next light and eventually found our way back. This was just after dark. Perhaps a simple map explaining to guests how to approach the hotel from different directions would help.

Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and nicely made up. Staff at front desk were friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was easy. Location perfect near 401. Breakfast was great with variety every morning - lots of choices, something for every one. Breakfast staff were friendly, attentive and kind.

Found the staff friendly and the breakfast excellent. The room was very clean and the location was great. The trolly made it easy for us the bring in our travel bags. We also were able to use the office printer which was helpful.

We are seniors and found the room rates higher than expected this year and no discount for seniors. The parking area was a bit limited and entering and exiting the area was a bit of a challenge,

The location was perfect for our needs. The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. Although the breakfast was a flop on the Friday morning and the coffee not so great, this would not stop me from returning to Cambridge hotel and Conference centre for my next stay.

The breakfast options were a nice change (delicious pasteries!). However, on the Friday morning the hot plate items were cold, the coffee was very weak. On Saturday, there were more options from the hot items (and they were hot).
