Great service. Lot of the extras such as fridge, ice bucket, coffee machine, pool, gym and restaurant. Restaurant has great breakfast with good prices. Good location and super comfortable beds

Only thing needed is the cleaning of pool bathrooms/showers. We were there 2 nights and it wasn't cleaned at all. Shampoo bottles on floor in shower stall, first in general in that area. Almost like the pool area was forgotten about.

Location is great. Has a pool, very important.

Mold on the caulking in the bath area, and light over tub burned out. Crumbs on the bedspread when we arrived . Likely was dragged along the floor prior to vacuuming, kind of ewwww. Basically I like staying here but the management should put some $$$ into refurbishment inside and out. To say it has a crumbling facade on the stucco outside wouldn’t be a stretch. Moss growing. Update interior lighting in hallways, very dim.

A very nice hotel and room. The bed was very comfortable, as were the other amenites in the room. Desk, chairs, etc. I enjoyed the pool after being on the road for 6 days, it was a nice way to relax, although it can be very noisy when the kids are there. The attached restaurant is a bonus, for breakfast.

Parking can be a bit full, unless you use the underground parking, which I found hard anyone used.

Value for money in a great location. Nice patio restaurant. Comfortable and clean room and beds. Servers in the restaurant were very nice, friendly and the food was good. We found no reason the leave to go elsewhere.

The common areas get a bit dirty and staff can't keep up due to the amount of ATV/4 Wheeler tourism but it really didn't affect us.

First off the staff was amazing, greeted with a smile, the room was so nice, clean, quiet and the beds are to die for. Having a great restaurant/pub on site is a bonus. The location is wonderful with many eateries and bars.

I absolutely loved how comfortable the beds were, was like sleeping on a cloud, and the staff was amazing! The pools is great for all ages and has seats in case you were in a group and didn’t want to be swimming! Or even just watching ur kids!

I do personally think the pool should stay open longer than 10:00pm , for adults, but not really a complaint just a want and the windows need to be more clean so it’s easier to see ur mainstreet view:))

The room was big with two queen beds. It was comfortable and clean. The shower was accessible. Dinner in the restaurant was enjoyable and gluten free was on offer. Breakfast was good. The hotel had a laundry for guests - very useful when moving from place to place. Hotel ideally placed for walking round the interesting town. Car park available for patrons.

The hotel looked a bit tired - in need of some refurbishment.

everything was top notch, the staff are beyond helpful, polite and there for any questions. the rooms are clean , comfortable and quiet, the on site restaurant has the best staff and the food is so good. the hotel is close to many restaurants, coffee shops and bars

I can't say there is anything I didn't like, except leaving lol. Everyone has their own opinions but I always have a great experience at the Greenwood Inn.

Downtown location was excellent for parking the vehicles in the underground parking garage and walking. Hotel staff were exceptional in helping us with traveling issues we had on motorcycles.

Restaurant was not open at all advertised times.

Clean and conveniently located with very friendly staff. The attached restaurant was used for breakfast and the staff was very friendly and accommodating of requests and the food was very good. I would stay here again. The underground parking was a bonus.

The pool was too cold to be enjoyable. The showerhead could use an upgrade as well. Other than those two things I have nothing negative to say. I would likely stay here again on my next visit to the area.
