Cleanliness of the rooms. Overall, it is a very good place to stay: very kind staff, clean rooms, and good location.

The pool is not working all the time. Hot tub activation not working on Thursday and the shower drain has hair that was there since the first day of our use of the pool. We extended for another day and moved to a standard room, it was clean but old. There is rust stain on the tub, the entry rug is damaged and toilet flush not working well. My suggestion: Upkeep the facilites and update a bit the room fixtures.

It’s a great location good services from pool to location and the bar. It was a great time and truly enjoyed the staff and rooms. The staff were all very caring and nice, was able to fully enjoy my time because staff was so kind

There wasn’t much explanation or understanding on my part of where our hotel room was but that was 100% just me not paying attention. Once I understood it made a lot of sense. Excited to have an opportunity to stay again.

Really liked the location and how there were numerous restaurants within a 5 min walk. I had an exam to write remotely during our stay and the wifi was stable through the exam. Room was very clean. We had an extra person join our group and were able to add a cot which was very much appreciated.

I just like when I arrive the service had ready my room and the other thing is there was not pet's in the hotel because I don't like animals in a motel or hotel 🫡👍👍

The staff was really helpful whenever I needed something. The food at the bar/restaurant was really good too.

Parking was a little odd for me since I was staying in the building with the pizza place...

It was clean and newly renovated. Easy check-in and check-out. Great environment and neighborhood.
