I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, and the spa facilities were absolutely top-notch. The pool, sauna, and treatments were incredibly relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist, adding to the high-end feel of the place.

The one area that felt unnecessarily complicated was the breakfast process. To dine at the restaurant, we were required to make a reservation in advance. While this might make sense for a busy or small dining area, the restaurant had plenty of available tables every morning during our stay. It seemed excessive to have to go through the reservation process. It’s a minor inconvenience, but having to pre-plan something as simple as breakfast felt a little unnecessary, and it slightly detracted from the otherwise relaxed atmosphere.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sparkling Hill Resort, and it truly exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was in awe of the stunning alpine views and the beautiful, serene surroundings. The resort is a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation, offering everything from world-class spa treatments to gourmet dining. The Crystal Spa is an absolute highlight, providing an unforgettable experience that left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The attention to detail in the design and service was impeccable, and I felt pampered throughout my stay. I highly recommend Sparkling Hill Resort for anyone looking for a tranquil retreat with top-notch amenities. Can’t wait to return!

While my stay at Sparkling Hill Resort was mostly fantastic, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The location is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views and an incredibly peaceful atmosphere. The Crystal Spa was a highlight, offering a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. However, I did feel that the pricing for some of the services was a bit steep, particularly the dining options, which, while high-quality, didn’t quite match the value for money I was expecting. Additionally, I found the check-in process to be a little slow and could have been more efficient. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was wonderful, and I’d still highly recommend Sparkling Hill Resort for anyone seeking a luxury retreat

The photos of this hotel do not do it justice in person. They have a 16th century building that was transported in from Austria and is used as one of the resort restaurants. The infinity pool is amazing and must contain mineral salts because your skin is glowing after a swim. The hotel smells amazing like essential oils and the sauna facilities are perfect (my favorite was the shower experiences that contained different lights and smells depending on what type of shower you chose. I really can't say enough good things and highly recommend this place, especially for couples.

The food was mid not amazing not terrible but expensive

The view from the 3rd floor was incredible especially overlooking the lake. It was stunning during the day and even cooler to see everything changes at night with all the beautiful lights. The room blew my wife and myself away and the saunas and pools were great. This was our first trip and are looking forward to booking a weekend getaway later this year!

The only thing we didn't like was the bath wouldn't fill with warm water. We could only get it to Luke warm. Other then that everything was incredible.

Food was delicious, Peakfine's service staff was efficient and friendly - food came quickly at the times I was there. Pre-check was great as I was inside my room within minutes of being at the front desk. Love that it's a 16+ location as there is no kids causing excess noise.

Wish the saunas, steamrooms and pools were open earlier in the day, would be nice to wake up with a sauna session instead of having to wait until the afternoon, especially on check-out day as it means you can't access these amenities even with a late checkout.

Great Breakfast; comfortable room with a wonderful view. A huge spa complex with varied, well-designed facilities to revitalize the body and soul.

1. This hotel is known for its one-of-a-kind spa. However, the treatments were disappointing. We booked the Kurspa massage and the lavender field treatment. It was not relaxing because the masseurs moved too fast and did everything like they were in a rush. Also, the room had no shades. Having received spa treatments all over the world, this was the first treatment I experienced in FULL LIGHT. This should be brought to customers' attention during booking so shy ones can be prepared... 2. For almost 500 CAD a night one would expect a coffee machine or a kettle for tea in the room. 3. The hotel policy for 10 am check-out is the earliest we encountered in all of our travels all over the world.

Location is beautiful ! The views from the rooms & pools are gorgeous! Wheelchairs were available, with ramps & elevators to all areas. Loved the aqua-fit & yoga classes too ! Breakfast & dinners were great !

My friend has MS and uses a walker or wheelchair. Although there are ramps and elevators to all areas, the doors were heavy and difficult to hold while pushing a wheelchair through....no automatic doors.

The property is very nicely maintained and the resort itself is immaculate. There are many trails surrounding the property so if the weather is nice it’s nice to hit the trails then go to the saunas and pools!

The steams and saunas don’t open until 14:00 and they close at 22:00, but the last hour is clothing optional so it feels like there’s not enough time to enjoy! It would be so nice to be able to stay in the pool watch the sunset and then go back for some saunas.

Food was great! Staff were very attentive and friendly. Infinity pool and saunas were wonderful. The room is nice but the beds are too hard for my liking. You can't beat the views :)

Beds are too hard. Some clocks weren't working. The igloo room wasn't working properly. I don't like the limitation on saunas and feel they should be available throughout the whole day. The spa was nice but my lavender massage/treatment was not that special and overpriced.

The room had a beautiful view and it was really comfy! I loved that the pools and saunas were never too full so you could take your time enjoying them without any waiting period. Definitely recommend the Austrian restaurant!

I just wish there were options of smaller servings for breakfast. The food was great but there were only large servings so it was really wasteful for people like me who don't eat much in the morning.
