The checkout clerk was super friendly, no bad smells

The checkin clerk was not friendly at 9pm, did not communicate clearly what was being charged to my card and when. Would have preferend directions to the elevator since we needed it to get to the room. Bed was uncomfortable, room was extremely hot, we had to turn on the ac and then because the bed was right beside it, had a breeze on us all night it was uncomfortable. Does the bed have to be directly beside the ac unit? The TV wouldn't show the full screen and we couldn't fix it through the TV settings. Thank you.

The room was massive - very clean and nicely decorated. Good location across from everything. Bathroom has nice high ceilings. Nice and quiet Woukd stay again and would recommend.

It's minor, but the shower head was small and the water pressure was lacking, but I understand if it's a conservation thing. The water was hot, so again - it's minor. One very minor thing was that the room was nicely appointed, but they patched the bathroom door up, and it looked pretty shoddy compared to the rest of the room. Again, super minor.

The staff are friendly. The included breakfast was exceptional. It included eggs, bacon, toast, waffles, and all very well cooked and delicious. Much better than many places with pastry and little else. I think this is the most quiet hotelsI have ever stayed at. And I have been at many. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Very quiet. The front desk lady I dealt with was very accommodating to my changing schedule. Much appreciated! This hotel is my go to every time I’m in Lloyd.

The breakfast sausage patties looked horrible one day for breakfast. But no biggie I just had toast instead.

It was quiet . Comfortable beds

Was told upon arrival that the internet was down but would be compensated. Great! But wasn’t compensated Was also told $100 damage deposit. Have never been charged that before. If I would have none that I won’t have booked there. Next booking I’m asking if the hotel charges damage deposit

I liked the locations and parking facilities out front, room was comfortable quite large, bed was comfortable along with the chairs bath tubs nice and deep

There wasn't anything that I didn't like, only thing that could be used is brighter lights in the rooms there a little bit dull but other then that everything was good

The room rate included breakfast and that was a good value. The rooms are spacious and clean.

In the room we had the drawers of the dresser and opened by themselves. It appears the units are slightly tilted towards the middle of the room. This seems like it should be an easy fix,.

Breakfast was good and lots of room to sit. Parking was great. We had 2 vehicles with trailers.

The reception staff was efficient but a little more of a pleasant demeanor would have been nice to see. A pleasant hello, a smile and a tiny bit of “small talk”would improve the first impression experience.

I like that you get hot and cold varieties for breakfast. The breakfast room was very clean and organized.

The muffins were very poor quality and no variety. The fruit basket only had apples and most of the had rotten spots.

The most place was very clean, the rooms were big and spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

My only problem was that there was no shower curtain and we had to ask a few times before we actually got it.
