First time staying here for my wife & myself.. Check-in was a breeze. We ate at the Tap 25 grill & we both had the prime rib dinner. She had a tea & I had a ceaser & the bill was 50$. There are plenty of other choices to eat as well from The Kitchen Restaurant & Fatburger & wings to a grab & go. After dinner, we played some penny slots & then called it a night. The room was very clean, the bed was comfy, and we had a great view of the city. In the morning, we hit up the Starbucks in the hotel & then hit the road. We will definitely stay again.

Being first timers at the hotel, we never realized that your key was to be used in the elevator to go up. This ended up being more of a comical situation than a bother.

I love coming here. We do it about every 6-8 weeks and stay 3-4 nights. Staff is great, rooms are clean, beds are great. The casino is right here, plus more restaurants than I had initially expected. Lots to choose from and almost always there’s a special at one of them. The Kitchen. Buffets are so good, but so is everything else from soup to nuts! I can stay in my room and watch t v while hubby hits the slots. You can’t go wrong with staying at River Cree!

You need a long wall mirror in the rooms especially in the handicapped rooms. One high mirror over the sink just doesn’t cut it, for short people or ones who are in wheelchairs. First time I’ve ever stayed at a hotel that didn’t have full length mirrors in the room, usually in the hallway. People like to see what they look like beyond face. My neck doesn’t even show in mirror in bathroom. I go into the elevator for a quick second to see if everything is in place. Lots of mirrors in there, but it takes time.

The staff is the big winner here. From front desk to servers to all the floor staff they were top notch. They kept the drinks flowing fast for us. Tons of casino games and slots of variety to play. Having a separate smoking casino was a bonus. Had a great time.

The rooms are pricey for what you pay for. I stayed 2 nights and at $300 a night for nothing special is a stinger but I am guessing you are paying for the convenience of it being attached to the casino. Had a great view of the roof of the casino from my room haha. Really just a minor issue.

Room was great, location to casino was excellent, lots of restaurants on property.

The darn people on our floor, adults in looks, wild monkeys in person. I’ve stayed at hotels with children running through the floors, but that was ok, these idiots on our floor carried on all night for the nights we were there. Not the hotels fault, these were grown adult men in 20’and 30’s who should have known better.

The staff is excellent, the rooms are spotless, beds are pretty darn near perfect. Having all sorts of restaurants available without leaving was amazing. We love the Kitchen buffetts, and the thanksgiving one was fantastic.

The blinking fire alarm over bed. Drove me nuts! The fact that it’s called a resort, but has no spa facilities. We were in the handicapped room, which was great, but why aren’t there any mirrors other than one placed too high for a wheelchair bound person. Couldn’t even see the top of my head. Every hotel has a full length mirror in the rooms hall. Or an adjustable one on bathroom wall at side. These rooms don’t! Very awkward for me. Big problem. And there just isn’t enough handicapped parking. If these items were fixed, it would be 15 out of ten.

Everything went well, we stay at this hotel often and we like everything they offer, the room, the food from the early morning menu, the beds are so comfortable. we have never had the breakfast because we are not morning people, we stay up late and gamble!

Nothing at all. We like everything they have available at this location. And we certainly love the 24/7 service! The front desk people are nice and friendly as well as any other staff who work there!

Very clean, tidy, neat! No stray hairs anywhere, just a really nice clean room. Did notice that when the both of us were using wifi, the signal went in and out a few times, but otherwise 9 1/2 stars out of 10. Also very quiet, lots of great food in restaurants. The Buffett on Friday thru Sundays at the kitchen were great. So many items on menu! Had a great four day escape from real life. Staff is amazing. Couldn’t ask for better. At tentative, kind, courteous, polite, and definitely hard working. Thanks to all of you.

Either I’m shrinking or the beds are growing up! Had to run up to bed and jump. Seriously the only thing I didn’t like was the blinking from overhead, guess it was a low battery call or something. Drove me nuts. Blinked on and off all night. Went and bought a sleep mask on the second day. It helped somewhat! Honestly, we always spend money on the better hotels, I don’t ever think I’ve found any that were as clean as River Cree. Phenomenal!

Casino staff seem to have their favourites. We sat down and waited for along time to get a drink and actually had to get our own, staff fluttered to “ oh you are back nice to see you” drinks went out fast for them. I spent lots of money in your casino and the girls serving drinks need some customer service courses!!

The Hotel and Casino are very nice and easy to venture around. Food in the restraunt was very good. Our room was easy access up on the 2nd floor and the bed was comfy and room was clean. Thank you!

When we checked in, I asked what rate i could get for the evening. The desk clerk gave me a price of $200 plus tax per night, so I said i would just quickly book it on my phone through booking.com as that's usually what i do. So I booked it at $179 plus tax which was cheaper. Then after the fact, the desk clerk said...Well I could of booked you the room for $89 plus tax if you sign up for the casino players card. Well I totally would have if he said that to begin with. So the Clerk should be letting people know that prior to booking the room. Ended up being a very expensive night as we dropped another $4000 in the casino! should'nt be that way. Not much fun!

Room was near elevators as requested. Thanks. Room service for meals was offered again. Awesome!! Staff helpful and friendly.

I wish the heating/air conditioning vent was not so LOUD and would point some where other than straight onto beds. Even if I turn it up or down as needed at controls , when it is blowing it actual makes my hair move. there should be someway to make vent blow in a different direction . I usually just end up turning off controls so i get neither air conditioning or heat when i go to sleep.
