Fantastic hotel, perfect in every detail! Even the pick-up from the port in the hotel's elegant van is a super positive impression. And then, when you think that nothing will surprise you, you have a huge, unique pleasure of meeting Sean - Room Division Manager. This man treats you like a member of the closest family and does everything to make your stay here unforgettable!. To start with, a free upgrade to a premium room with a sea view. The room is beautiful, large, very clean, modernly furnished and at the same time very cozy. Fantastic comfortable bed. Beautiful view from the balcony to the sea. Pure perfection. We wanted to rent a scooter in the city: Sean sent us a van together with a wonderful girl from the service to help us with the formalities and check if everything was ok. We asked about transport to the bus station for our onward journey. Sean organized it so that the bus came to the hotel to pick us up! This man is a pure treasure!The entire hotel staff is fantastic! Everywhere you meet with kindness and a smile on their face. The hotel has a beautiful, constantly cleaned beach, a wonderful pool. Fantastic breakfast. This is a place where elegance, luxury has reached the highest level!

Check in was a little tedious because I arrived at their second building which houses the dining area and swimming pool. However, I was promptly karted off in their mini kart akin to a tuk tuk to the right building some 400m opposite. Some small issues with the creditcard machine but I was treated to some fruits and water while waiting. My room was a lot smaller that my previous hotel however acceptable. Multi chained TV, Minibar and hot drinks facilities. Excellent wifi..code free. Breakfast was good but perhaps less so if vegetarian…I wanted to order a vegetable soup but was informed that the broth was pork flavored! However, lunch or dinner on the seafront with sandy beach was truly bliss and prices reasonable. One could also pick up the wifi there. The staff were amazing welcoming and diligent. Lest I forget, if like me you like to continued working out while on holiday…a visit to their gym is a must. Fully equipped ( nearly as good as my home gym…and that’s saying something!!) with all the machines and some, even a punch bag, two water fountains, a sauna and a steam room. One is issued with towels at no cost on arrival at reception. At departure I was given a lift to the ferry port to get the boat to Kon Rong. Wonderful service!!

Never met such lovely staff. Front desk staff are exceptional couldn’t have done better. Arranged a car to take me to the chemist. Sorted our ferry and took us to the pier. Rooms are huge and feel luxurious. Pool area was very nice too. We visited the casino and had fun but felt a bit serious for us as some big gamblers. Lovely dinner and breakfast on the beach. We loved it here and hope to go back if we get time during our travels

We only stayed at Queenco for one night as a ‘transit stay’ within easy reach of the airport after a week on Koh Rong Island. What an amazing experience our stay at Queenco turned out to be. Firstly, the transfers to and from the boat and airport were exceptionally smooth and luxurious. The car had very comfortable business class leather seats and a hotel assistant accompanied us for the journeys to make sure everything went smoothly. Our room at the hotel was clean and comfortable with excellent amenities. Most importantly it was quiet. We were upgraded to a sea view room which was a very nice touch. The hotel restaurant on the beach is obviously the buzzing social scene of Sihanoukville! It was busy and vibrant with locals and tourists. The food and cocktails were excellent. The highlight of our stay were the massages and gym. The massages were the best we had in Cambodia and gym is simply amazing. For fitness freaks a week at the hotel would be worth it just to train in the gym. Finally, the staff were absolutely superb. Always there to help but not at all overbearing.

In the interests of continual improvement, I offer the following observations to help the hotel get even better. There are some construction works going on which are a bit of an eyesore when viewing the hotel from the road. Do not be put off by these! They do not interfere with hotel operations or spoil the views from the room. Breakfast was busy but it is a buffet service so you can eat and go quickly if required. However, the egg station is cook to order and this was a little slow. The food labelling was a little small to read for those with poor eyesight and the three jams at the pastry counter were all labelled as ‘fruit jam’. Individual flavours would have been better as I ended up with a flavour I didn’t like.

A very good, clean hotel with polite and helpful staff. The receptionist arranged for us our return to Pnom Pehn, upon our request, with a much better price than the one we paid to go from Pnom Pehn to Sihanoukville plus we got a room upgrade which was very nice. Breakfast was very good, the pool very clean and the massage we had at the hotel premises very good. We also had dinner which was reasonable priced and very tasty. The room was very good with all the necessary amenities. The hotel also arranged to be driven, by its own car, to the pier to leave for the island Krog Rong. Excellent service 👏

Fantastic stay in this lovely hotel, in a prime location, 1min walk from the private beach, and the best beach stretch with white sand and lovely clear water. 3 Restaurants, right on the beach, with shade and lovely scenery of the sea.Can swim, as the sea is so calm. The staff are wonderful, and so helpful, and friendly. Special thanks to Sean, Charly, Kim Sok Hour, Vanndy, Marith, Chan Seileka, Chrok Chrav I booked this hotel with no research, but when i arrived, i was amazed. Staff are so friendly and such a homely atmosphere. The front office staff are very knowledgeable and always at hand to help and go beyond their duties. Free shuttle service to the city centre in a luxury vehicle, Amazing !! Great breakfast with local and foreign cuisine. Lovely pool and sunbeds, and massage on site, again, superb. Room service is prompt, and efficient, and no one is waiting for tips. The staff are very attentive, and so friendly, but not waiting for tips. Everything was fine

If you stay in Sihanoukville, Queenco hotel is the place to stay. Outside of the busy and bling bling Sihanoukville, this place is really peaceful, quiet and beautiful. The room are cosy, the bed is very confortable, the swimming pool and the private beach are just amazing. But the best side of my stay was the staff and the service, they are just amazing. I want to say a big thanks to Mr Somros, he make me feel like a special guest during all my stay, always here to know if you need anything and make your stay so easy ! If you need something, Mr somros will exceed your expectations ! I never met someone like him, so professional,so kind…. Is just amazing and thank you again for made my stay a magical stay !

Very nice pool and beach, not busy at all. The gym was very big and complete. I am not a casino person but all the rest of the hotel was exactly what I needed to rest, have a good spot for work, also workout and enjoy the sunset of SihanoukVille. Had Japanese restaurant and local one with some international food. Everything nice

They didn’t have good transport services support like easy to get a taxi, but always managed through Grab so is not really an inconvenient.

This hotel is truly amazing! Anything you can desire is offered you before you have to ask. The only downside for us is having stayed there only one night… I wish we could have remained there forever! Huge and clean room , with the most comfortable bed I ever slept in, (it was like sleeping in a cloud, and this was greatly appreciated after so many hard cambodian mattresses! ) Great varied breakfast with both local and western dishes… delicious sushi , and a wide menu to choose from , beautiful private beach where you can watch the sun set in the sea sipping a cocktail or having dinner… all this and much more for a great price…but, above all , we were impressed with the extraordinary politeness and kindness of the staff, who made us feel like movie stars! Ken, in particular, was literally our guardian angel, he took care of us from the moment we met, solving for us every problem…he was just amazing, he gave us a lift to the ferry station for Koh Rong Samloen where we spent two days, helped us with the ferry boat tickets and was there to pick us up when we came back … and in the meantime we were allowed to leave our car in the hotel’s parking even after we had checked out !!! Ken’s kindness and helpfulness was really beyond imagination … thank you Ken!!! Queenco hotel is by far the best we stayed at in Cambodia !

Nothing . Everything was just perfect

All the staff were exceptional and very customer service focused. They went out of their way to support our vegan (and gluten-free) dietary requirements which we know is not always easy. Food was excellent. We used this hotel as a one night stopover on our way back from Koh Rong Sanloem and can definitely recommend it for this purpose. It was very safe and comfortable and the hotel successfully arranged all our follow-on transportation.

Part of the hotel is under renovation at the moment and unfortunately so was their pool (which looked very nice and overlooked the beach) during our stay. However, the manager upgraded our room so we had somewhere to relax during our stay (which we appreciated).
