Most great part of this hotel is an owner and staff.They are so friendly and very kind with lovely smiles.Even some questions I asked before I arrived via booking.com,they answered with some details and response was so fast.When I asked the hair dryer,they brought it to my room quickly.I can feel all staff are thinking of guest and they work for making the guest happy.You will feel that Its like your home.I really appreciate them. And also the hotel is just opened so very new and clean!The room is big.There are coffee,water,fridge,safe box, kettle,big towel and enough hangers. The breakfast is nice(6:30am to 10:00am)Surprisingly,the check out time is 12:00pm.So you can sleep in late and after check out,you can leave your baggage in the hotel. Angkor Wat tour is available.Only $25,the driver will take you to the ticket office and even to the other temples.And the receptionist gave me the information of the shuttle service to the airport and she made a reservation for me.Its only $9. The location is good!Its in the town near the old Market.Abot 15min by tuk tuk to Angkor Wat.ATM, Pharmacy,nice local restaurant,cafe,convenience store,Mini Mart,everything you may need is near the hotel. I would love to come back again!!

The staff were so nice beautiful people really helpful and considerate is to connect with and all very approachable the hotel in my opinion was value for money for sure! And great location 10 mins to night market and walking street! Lots of food places and shops all at hotel and near by, all good! The rooftop swimming pool was so nice and relaxing! And visiting the spiritual temples and tombs of Siem reap was so spiritually rewarding what a place I have been blessed to visit many places in the world including northern Thailand China mai chiang rai! And they! Are beautiful for sure! But for this Scot’s man! The beautiful staff and people and temples of Cambodia in my opinion is the nicest place I’ve been! Also go see the Cambodian circus show! The lovely staff lady helped get my ticket! Thank yous all so much for 6 spectacular days in land of the smiles Siem reap (Cambodia)🌞🙏🛕mr Richard from Edinburgh Scotland! The staff were fantastic, especially Dalin who checked us in and helped us book tours throughout our five night stay. We were given a welcome fruit juice and banana chips on arrival and Dalin gave us all the information needed for our stay and the options for booking tours and taxis. We booked three tours with the hotel (sunrise and small tour twice and big tour), all of which were great and well priced. We got breakfast boxes with each one which were pretty good. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good shower and air conditioning. We also had laundry done for a good price which came back clean and fresh. We had a great stay at the hotel and would stay again if we came back to Siem Reap.

Nice longe music during breakfast. The staff is realy trying to do theirs best, very kind. Surely they will further improove. We stayed in a triple room, it was very specious. The location is nice, the BbQ place next door 10 USD/pax was a true gem.ui

Minor things, the description in booking is not entirely correct, mentioning free airport pick up, not any more. Our room suppos to have terrace, it did not...Would be nice to correct it, avoid missunderstanding. The light turn on/off it is very unconvinient place, some cabels are are dangerous. The door of the shower is not closing, and it takes like 5 min to ger hot water, otherwise, all good.

The room was spacious, the staff extremely conscientious and their ability to help you organise things to do on your trip nearly flawless (1 minor miss at Apopo which was supposed to be taken care of beforehand but it was fixed when I got there so no problem, just make sure you get full confirmation of everything booked instead of being in holiday mode and you should be fine)

There must have been a mistake, maybe something lost in translation when talking about some of the distances from things- Pub Street is absolutely NOT 100 metres away! Apart from that, which other travellers can see when they make the Google Maps check I didn't, no other complaints

Location, location, location!! The property was a 10 minutes walk from Old Market and Pub Street and innumerable eating places. The hotel has been recently renovated, and it's clean and comfortable. Nice rooftop pool. The breakfast buffet was limited, but a nice mix of Khmer and western food. Loved the coffee. But most of all, the staff!! Every staff member at the front office was courteous, helpful and oh sooo welcoming. The receptionists walked us out when we left and waved goodbye. Would definitely choose this hotel if I ever returned to Siem Reap.

A few things like shower caps and moisturizer in the bathroom would have been nice, but that's very minor. Also, some kind of stand to place our suitcases on.

We did not stay at this hotel but were transferred to a sister property. So, my review is actually for Yasodharapura Residence Hotel. This hotel was in the process of being remodeled, and we were asked by the staff if they could move us, giving us a comprable room for the same price. Yasodharapura Residence was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and showed genuine interest in their guests! Kevin (Hong), Chris, and Srey Moa were all especially attentive and delightful! At first, we were concerned that this hotel was too far from all the restaurants, but it was only a 15 min. walk to the main area by the old market, or a short Tuk Tuk ride. Another big plus is that the new Angkor Market just opened up. It only takes a couple of minutes to walk there. The pool is a nice size, too. We stayed here for 3 weeks in September.

Great location for walking the town and river front. Quiet location and comfortable bed. Decent sized room too. The entire staff works hard and are so friendly and helpful from booking tours to helping me print documents! The breakfast was varied daily w/local items as well as made to order eggs. Nice fruits. Water in the room not in plastic bottles!yay

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. So fabulous in many ways. However, A/C barely adequate. I don't think any room has a river view so rooms don't have a decent view and are in the sun all day. Need to keep curtains closed. Was told the TV remote was broken and would arrive next day-none.

Very nice and new hotel, perfect location, next to the river and close walking distance to Pub street, night market, food corners. Hotel has clean roof top pool. For breakfast you can choose eggs (omelette, scrambledes, fried), fresh fruits, cereals, rice, noodles, toast, butter, jam, tea, coffee, delicious! My favourite meal of the day. :) Staff is so kind, efficient, smiling and welcoming! I would like to give my extra thanks to Rancha and Chong in the reception, so kind and helpful! All staff are offering excellent customer service! Rooms are clean and specious. You can rent a bike or motorbike, use laundry service, masagge service, airport pick up or drop off, they have WIFI. I would definetely recommend you staying here and would love to come back!

The staff are all polite and helpful. Always greets you with beautiful smile. Always willing to help with whatever you need. One of my tours was cancelled last minute and they were able to help me organise a city tour on same day. They also offer massage and facial services which I used with 35% discount! highly recommended after a long day of walk from Angkor Wat and other temples! The building is new, and they just move into that hotel not long ago, so there are just bits and pieces that they have to work on but over all it was an excellent experience for the price a paid. Plus daily breakfast is all inclusive. enjoyed the local fresh fruits they have every morning. Daily housekeeping. A very clean and cozy hotel. Right in the city, most tourist spots are walking distance, 7-11 and ATMs next door. I will definitely comeback to this hotel 😀

beds totally pushed against the headboard covering bedside sockets, which I haven't noticed till my last day, been charging from the TV socket 😬 No hand towels hot water in the shower doesn't work at times.
