Bokre Angkor Hostel is an amazing hostel! You can relax in the pool after a long day walking around the temples in Siem Reap. The room was comfortable, clean, good amenities and with a helpful staff! All of them were helpful with the tours and I'm happy that they recommended us the driver Mr. Nok, he is great, polite and English speaker. I really recommend you to look for Mr. Nok when you are at the hostel!

Location was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Able to book tours and transport. We hired bikes easily on the day. Filtered water available on all floors. Lovely pool in a small space- concealed well from main road and general hostel space. Had old school hostel vibes with slightly more upmarket feel.

TV had no digital channels which were advertised . No tv remote supplied in room- when replaced by staff the new one didn’t work. Sink taps difficult to close. Kettle didn’t work in the room. Would be excellent if fixed these features. WiFi very slow in evenings.

Very nice hostel, which feels more like a hotel. Super friendly staff. if you need a tuktuk driver to the temples, I can highly recommend Mr. Sy. He is so kind and will tell you a lot about the temples and culture.

The place calls itself a hostel but it feels rather like a hotel. My room was large, came with aircon, fridge, kettle, hot shower with good pressure and the bed was the most comfortable one I slept in during 4 weeks in Cambodia. It's not located directly at the centre but you can walk everywhere easily.

The place is somehow lacking the classic hostel vibe as written above feels more like a hotel. They offer free pickup from bus stations (which again is very nice and not expected at that price level). However they screwed up my pickup. Nobody was there and after calling them they first assured me somebody is going to pick me up soon but 10 minutes later he suddenly couldn't come due to 'technical issues'. The whole thing cost me an entire hour which was quite annoying after a 10 hour minibus ride...

I loved this hostel! It was clean and comfortable. The staff were so welcoming. You can book a group Angkor Wat tour through them, and also rent a bike or motorcycle or even book your bus to Phnom Penh. The place was maybe a 15-20 minute walk to Pub Street. I liked the location - walkable to other parts of town but not in the middle of the hustle bustle. It wasn’t a party hostel, it felt more like a boutique hotel. Their restaurant’s fish amok was very tasty! I wish all lodging felt like this.

We had a fantastic stay at the Bokre Angkor Hostel. We stayed for two nights on a short trip to Siem Reap. The hostel was relaxed and quiet, with a lovely outside courtyard and pool area. The room was a good size and we had an en suite. The hostel offer free filtered water and a free pick up service from the bus station which was great. We also booked a private tuk tuk driver to take us around the Temples of Angkor on both days. This was well priced for a private driver to take us anywhere we wanted for 6-8 hours ($20). Our driver, Mr. Liam was excellent and offered us free water during the trip. The hostel also offer a to-go breakfast and coffee which is useful for early sun-rise trips. The food there was also really nice too, and it's located a short walk or tuk tuk from key areas of Siem Reap. Given the price, the stay was exceptional. I would recommend to anyone!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Siem Reap. To start, they offer a free tuk-tuk service to pick you up from your arrival point, complete with a sign bearing your name. The process was smooth, and the service was incredibly welcoming. The attention from the hostel staff was impeccable—everyone was kind, warm, and helpful. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, equipped with everything we needed, and had a large window that allowed plenty of natural light to fill the space. We also appreciated having access to a water dispenser with cold and hot water to refill our bottles, supporting their mission to reduce plastic waste—a great initiative! Additionally, we rented a motorbike through the hostel. The process was quick, practical, and reliable. We didn’t have to leave our passport as a deposit, which we consider a major plus, as this is often a red flag for us. Lastly, we purchased our tickets to Battambang through them, which included pickup from the hostel and drop-off directly at our next hotel—everything was flawless. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we ever return to Siem Reap. អរគុណច្រើន 🙏🏼

I highly recommend that hostel. It has the comfort of real hotels and the price of classic hostels. Everything overcame all my expectations, the staff (but all Khmer people are amazingly helpful), the swimming pool, the quietness, the breakfast, the cleanliness, the room, the location. Moreover, the staff offers different kind of visits and tours, not too expensive, and all sorts of services you may need (laundry, motorcycles and bikes rentals, bus for airport, private car...). You cannot find any better place to stay in Siem Reap.

Honestly, nothing.

The room was clean and comfortable. The on-site restaurant was excellent. It was also convenient to have access to the toilet and bathroom both before check-in and after check-out. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Highly recommend!

Not much to say, just one point for improvement: While the staff were friendly, most of them were quite young, and their attention to detail could be improved. We had to remind them about some services we needed, such as the airport shuttle and laundry. Additionally, when we picked up our clothes, there was some uncertainty about the payment of the laundry bill. Overall, it was a very good experience, but there's room for improvement in service consistency.

The nicest, most accommodating staff ever. They were so helpful. Clean room with comfortable beds. Water dispensers on every floor. I was in the 6 person dorm and only had 2 other people in there during my time so it was perfect. WiFi works great, breakfast is great and so is the pool. I also ate at the restaurant right next door to the hostel and it was well priced and tasty. 20 minute walk to pub street. Cute sunset views from the balcony’s as well.

The AC was not too strong, so it got pretty hot at night. They do have fans though to help circulate. Siem Reap in general is an oven so it’s ok.
