We came for the Hills of Rock festival, because Plovdiv was fully booked, and it was great. It had everything we needed, reasonable price, and excellent location in Asenovgrad near shops and a great park on the river. During the days we also visited the Asen’s Fortress and the Monastery of Bachkovo.

Location wasn’t the best. Tiles were broken and missing in the bathroom . No facilities to make hot drink. Beds to soft.

We were greeted by an excellent host even though we arrived after 10pm ,very clean and comfortable hotel and good advice where to get breakfast in the morning locally. The only advice is buy bottled water as there was none available in the room or hotel We walked down to the end of the road and the coffee house/bar where we managed to buy a few bottles. Excellent location to visit Asen Fort 6 minutes drive.

Top location. The hotel has paid parking onsite which is very convenient. Internet connection was great. Comfortable beds and air-co.

All was great. A kind recommendation is to add a small trash can in the room as there was only one in the bathroom and not very convenient.

Good cheap guest house, great for a shorter stay! The staff were very nice and understanding, offered a lot of help. Very calm atmosphere, good location and has a place to park. Very cute cat in the restauraunt area!

The shower drain was clogged, the ventilation inside wasn't working(only way to get some airflow in the bathroom was a window that was connected directly to the terrace, if you went out for a morning cigarette you would hear everything) Electrical sockets next to only one bed, the other two didn't have any way to charge phones or laptops. Only other sockets were taken up by a fridge and a tv, which,including an ac, were the only faculties in the room. No elevators and a very tight staircase, could barely get my luggage up to the room.

Owner was pleasant. Good parking.

Pillows hard and tall. Walls so thin you can hear people blink in the other rooms. No privacy at all. Shower curtain is mouldy, same for the ceiling tiles. Beds are ready to fall apart. Furniture used a metal can of cream to stop from wobbling.
