Location is amazing, very easy to check in and out. Excellent beds, big rooms

This is a Residence, not a hotel. One have to contact the management by whatsapp. They don't even have drinking water in the place.....at night there is nowhere to get drinking water. Maintainance is at the Residence, worked reasonably when requested, but several maintainance issues. Booking.com is misleading by selling it at a hotel. It shows that Bokoking.com is not making due diligence of what they offer.

it is not a hotel, they do not have reception or room service and not even water in room. took 1 hour to do check-in as its done through whatsapp and a payment link that is only in portuguese and requires a brazilian address and phone number to process!

Check in via Whatsapp took a long time and a stressing identification and payment processes. It is tricky from their side not to announce that they do not offer breakfast and any other service on site.

The location is really good. The persons in the hotel are very kind.

I spent 2.5hrs in the reception because, even though I made my pre-checkin with more than 10 days prior my arrival the FORGOT to leave the key and didn't answer in their "24hr wa". Once I entered I had no water in the bath, and once i had, the shower was so dirty I had to wait for the falling water to "clean it" a little bit. I never had Wifi during the 2 weeks I stayed, so I had to keep connected in the neighbor's account. They didn't tell me that if you need your room the be clean you have to pay a very expensive service (each day you want it to be clean). Once I paid, they were very rude when I sent my receipt as they don't pay attention to the details in what they are reading (even though I wrote in Portugues). The checkout was not friendly at all, they had a wrong reserve number and they were really rude even though it was their mistake. The receipt they sent me was on my name and said they couldn't send it on my company's name. I WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

The first time my wife opened the glass shower door, the entire door shattered. My wife was cut, she needed to call emergency services. Fortunately nothing serious happened, however it could have been disastrous. The hotel offered to compensate us by refunding one night. Terrible.
