Everything was great - super location, very safe place (2 levels of entry protection!), 24/7 online service support, very cozy and clean apartment with great city view, lots of restaurants nearby

Communication with hotel staff through booking was absolutely terrible 1. First I received scam message inside official (!) booking chat with the hotel 2. Then I received lots of automatic replies and notifications to fill in online check-in which I already did 3. I did not receive app number and access code in time which they promised to send BEFORE I reach the place and I had to write to WhatsApp and describe all the situation again 4. I wanted to prolonged our stay for one night and I filled in the form to changed dates, booking auto reply said that hotel will come back within 24h, I wrote them three times but they did not answer any message so I had to do one more booking from scratch 5. And you know what? For sure they asked me to fill the online check in form once again and so on

The building is really good, it has many options of things to do in the 3rd floor, there is food, there is a laundry, there is a nice gym. The room is tight, but well divided, and brand new furniture.

Very difficult to access without a front desk or anything person-like. Everytime you return to the building you have to repeat your name 1000 of times to security non-sense people that leave you outside waiting, in a dangerous situation. Also, if you need anything afterhours (like a blanket in my case), good luck, they won't provide anything, they don't have any staff in the property, they don't care at all. So, better decide anything during the day.

Good location, excellent room, laundry room, market and gym.

The everyday access trough the entrance is very difficult, because the security staff is just unable to find the name of the guests. Everyday was a huge struggle to get in.

The location is excellent and the property is great, it all the amenities you need, gym, swimming pool, laundry room, meeting rooms and entertainment. The views from the property are breathtaking.

The property is simply exceptional, it’s amazing you cannot fault the property at all. The management of the property however, like check-in process including access for your visitors is just a headache it not properly handled, there’s no number to contact there’s just an automated WhatsApp system which is very slow especially on weekends.

Loved everything about this property, the apartment itself is spacious and modern with a fabulous balcony. The additional facilities such as the pool, work area and games room are just fantastic. There is a serve yourself mini supermarket onsite as well which is incredibly handy. The entire stay was so much better than a hotel and much better value for money.

More information on check in about the actual property and location would have been great. The building has great security with 24 hour reception behind 2 gates however making them understand my english so they would let me in was sometimes tricky :-) The main issue was the building had no WIFI for the entirety of my stay. We had no wifi in the room which also meant no TV either. We were able to use the wifi in the communal area on the third floor but this was not ideal. Our hosts Casai were very helpful and stayed in touch about this throughout the stay but the issue was with the entire building. My only solution would have been to offer some kind of hotspot type replacement.

Probably the best stay I've had in a long time. The facilities are amazing and the studio is modern and has everything you may need. Never had any issue with Casai, always got my queries solved quickly and efficiently. Next time I'm in SP, I would definitely stay there again. It's perfect for longer stays.

The only thing which was a bit annoying is asking the security downstairs everytime you needed to ender the building.

Very nice small apartment. The installations in the building as the gym, swimming pool and many others made the stay very pleasant.

The place was clean and it had a great view. The neighborhood is calm and it has a lot of things around. Relatively close to touristic spots.

You cannot leave your bag prior check inn, nor after check out.

I didn't have breakfast. Location is very good!

The confirmation and checking Process could be faster. Too many information for checking, docs photo of all... For a quick staying to rest between flights doesn't work well, too much burocracy.

Difficult to communicate with the reception and I had some issues getting the room number and issues getting into the building because of the language barrier.
