Quiet, price, great location

The registration took too long, the web page was asking for details targetting locals, such as CEP, etc. it didnt allow us to enter post code for britain, it only accepted zip code for the USA, not applicable to us. Also. It wouod not recognise a polish passport, it kept failing verification.

1. Great value for money! 2. Prime location, close to lots of attractions amd in a safe area of the city. Police cars around 24 hrs just in case. 3. The studio is tiny, but it has everything you need including kitchen utensils and mini stove. 4. They have luggage storage which is super convenient if your flight is late and you want to explore the city. 5. 24 hr reception

1. The bathroom could've been a little bit cleaner. 2. HUGE TV hanging right over the bed. Honestly, such a small space doesn't need such a big tv screen. 3. Nobody speaks English and the check-in website is in Portuguese too. They should've at least translated website in case someone doesn't have access to google translate.

Location near to shopping mall, metro station.

I didn’t like the Dar room that was given to me when I arrive because it was dirty and something on the door was missing so I go. I went down to the receptionist and there was a gear that didn’t want to change my room, but at the end they showed me and they give me much better room in which I extended my base and it was very clean. If I ever come back, I will book that room again.

The elevators seems like they are going to be broken or like it. Someone has to fix it because they move a lot. Give you the feeling that you were gonna be stuck only the first one is the one that doesn’t do that.

I liked everything. we arrived late after a long and uncomfortable journey from Rio de Janeiro, and it was so good to have the comfort of this place and the convenience of some products to buy indoors and no need to go out at night to get some water and milk. I couldn't do the check-in before our arrival but it was easy to do it there as they have 24-hour reception with helpful and polite receptionists. All the staff is very polite, we met the lovely ladies that do the rooms cleaning too and they were ready to help when I asked for something. We found the location perfect to go anywhere in Sao Paulo or just enjoy the surrounding area, there is lots to do locally. I was travelling with my son and we had a perfect stay, next time we go to Brazil we'll stay again and hopefully for longer in the Ape Patio Paulista.

We liked everything. I had a little problem with the Wi-Fi connection at the beginning, but the guys at the reception quickly sorted this out. It's a very busy place with lots of guests and one guest, most of them are polite too, only one other guest on my floor decided to make a video phone call early in the morning, loudly in the corridor, still in his pyjamas, but this was not the Ape's administration's fault. There are different types of studios and rooms, I was very lucky with the ones we stayed. I've seen some smaller rooms that have no windows; I could not stay in a windowless room, not even with aircon.

Good location in Sao Paulo. Well sized room and useful to have the kitchenette area. Fine for a couple of nights

Not very foreigner friendly check-in process. Apartment says it is fully equipped, but you need to rent pots from downstairs which also isn't a very foreigner friendly process. The bed sheets slipped off the bed which made moving around in bed quite uncomfortable.

Terrible WiFi, there was no connection inside of the room, and when. we were able to connect by the door, it was only 2G. Windows didn't close properly, since the tabs were broken, and the room faced the Av Paulista, so it was very loud. Walls were very dirty, and the bunk bed was broken and in a poor state.

Location is perfect. Price was ok! Room was clean.

The room is tiny, we booked a room with two single beds but it was very tight. We could barely unpack and be able to move around at the same time. To go into the bathroom you need to go into the shower to be able to close the door. We arrived late at night 2am and although we did online check in with the mail we received it took the receptionist 20-30 minutes to check us in and give us a room. In the morning there were at least 30 people waiting to check in/out (with one person and reception and took forever to do something) that we just left and did not check out properly.

The location is great, there are essential goods you can buy in case you’ve forgotten stuff like phone chargers, shampoo, nail trimmers etc… as well as snacks, beverages and microwaveable foods. Even dog and cat food!

I didn’t like the fact that you need your phone to register yourself to do the check in, fill up a registration form on your own. Something that in my opinion is not the guest job or responsibility.

The location is great. The staff is really attentive, helpful and pleasant. The place is new and fresh. It is extremely easy to get around and you have all of the basics within walking distance.

The only things I can think of that I think would make the place even better would be a coffee maker and toaster. It didn't need to be anything fancy. Also there's a cooktop, but no pots or pans so it can't really be used. One last thing is the wifi. Don't count on it during your stay. It is really unstable.
