Their policy of not letting checkin before 15h, unless you pay an outrageous fee. It's a scam since you're paying for a day which is 24hs In this case you're only allowed to stay 21hs. Bullsh!t. I understand the 15h guarantee to be ready and of course if room is not ready you wait but room being ready and their charging extra and a LOT is simply unacceptable shady business practice. Also be aware of noise in the front especially Fridays and Saturdays

Nice, big room, good location at a fair price. Not fancy, but all things new and clean. I liked the 'convenience' store in the first floor where you could buy some snacks, beverages and self-check out.

Great, simple, clean, well-located and all-round efficient place to stay in Sao Paulo. Comfortable beds, tidy and neat rooms, and great for working.

One thing that is not shown on booking is the hotel's proximity to several bars. This can be very nice to grab a drink and snacks; but on weekends, the bars all outdo each other with very loud music till 1 / 2am. My room was located facing the bars, and it is very loud.

I definitely appreciate the excellent customer service offered by employee Diego Leal during my last stay at Apê Smart in the Mackenzie Unit. From the moment I checked in, Diego was extremely professional and empathetic, guaranteeing an excellent experience at this Apê Smart unit. I would definitely stay at this unit again.

The location was great. There were bars and restaurants close. Also the train station was close to moving around was easy.

I somehow didn't like the attitude of the people working there. They were not really into making you feel comfortable. They were okay and not rude but me as a foreigner, I'd have liked to get more warmness from them. The place was okay but the elevator was not working for some hours during a day.

Location, it was very close to the subway and the receptionists were very friendly and kind. The price was ok for what it was

The room could be more clean, it had rest of food on the sink, plus the bathroom wasnt that clean and the floor on the bathroom wasnt clean at all, it has dusted, hair from previous people… that could be better

I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay at this hotel. I had a wonderful experience and found nothing to dislike. The hotel provided a pleasant and comfortable environment, and I was thoroughly satisfied with my time there.

the property is brand new and used facial recognition to get into the building. the rooms are gorgeous come with a fridge and small stove. staff are very helpful. they don’t speak much English but are willing to use their translators to assist with any of your needs

the rooms are pretty small and bathrooms are cramped. the mirrors options for doing your makeup are either behind the door or on the bathroom and neither of them have the best lighting.

The value for money is the best thing about this place. It is easy to access (near sub), easy to do the check in and even more the check out.

The ONLY downside is the bars on the other street, since they keep working over 22hr until idk when, but is nothing crazy loud, you can still rest.
