I have been at this Hotel many times and will continue going there - I use it as a stop over for when I travel from SP top SC. It's not the cheapest hotel but always great - the food and wine selection is also great (they just should buy Wine Glasses) - one thing that bears some concern (coming from São Paulo) is the safety of the vehicle parking in terms of theft ( i generally leave valuable (tools) etc in the car) -the area is dark and vast and limits to a wall in the back that gives access to a street (anway I have no reason to believe that it is unsafe but if the good beef up that concern would be even better!

Buy proper wine glasses.

Staff was friendly. Security was always onsite. The rooms seemed bigger in the pictures, and the hotel seemed more chic in general in photos than in reality.

As an American, it's a culture shock for the hotel lobby not to have air conditioning. Gnats were on the breakfast since the lobby had windows open. I did not get a statement when I checked out, so I have no idea what I was charged for.

Clean, quiet good restaurant

One half of the bed was very soft and sagging, luckily the other half was firmer. Airconditioning was noisy and didn’t cool very well despite it being cool outside in the evening when we arrived. For some reason I was charged in U.K.£ when I paid for the room rather than Reals which I was quoted and told the amount in Reals, not sure what went wrong as it worked correctly in Reals when I paid my restaurant bill on checkout.

The hotel has good facilities and close to Curitiba Airport. The hotel also pays for the taxi (from/to the Airport). Reception is open 24 hours, which is very convenient in case of arriving in a late flight. The breakfast is excellent

Nothing in particular. Perhaps, the restaurant's staff should speed a little up with the service (specially during lunch or dinner). But it wasn't a big deal.

Found very remarkable the fact that they offer a very early (4:30 am) mini breakfast for people that depart early, something I have never seen in other hotels and is a selling idea. I would definitely chose this hotel again. It also offers a paid taxi ride to the aeroport on demand.

When I arrived, around 8 pm, there was not a soul at the reception for several minutes, which I found disconcerting and never seen before. Later a very courteous employee appeared and I could register.

The front desk agents were very friendly and helpful.

The walls were so thin-I could not get any sleep both nights. One night someone was playing a musical instrument in the room next to me. The other night there were men being so loud in the hallway all night. Please consider labeling which breakfast food items are gluten-free (sem gluten) because the employees did not understand when I asked. Labeling which items are gluten-free would make life easier.

Very spacious room and well provided room, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Helpful and pleasant check-in and check-out. The hotel’s vaguely Italian restaurant was adequate – best to go with low expectations and perhaps be pleasantly surprised!

The breakfast was rather poor: cold eggs, stale bread and pastries, watery coffee and heavily processed jams, meats and cheese. At least excellent fruit was available.

Location and shuttle to the airport was excellent.

After waiting for an hour at the restaurant our order was finally taken and after another hour we were told that the kitchen had not received our order! It was late but they offered to make pizza as a quick substitute. The lack of charging stations in the room was a bit inconvenient.

The restaurant food was great!

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the quality of the pillows and a blanket, and I also noticed that duvet covers were not available.
