Mara was exceptional she responded immediately to the AC problem all in all a great stay and we would highly recommend.It is an excellent location and excellent staff.I can't say enough about Mara I hope I have her name correct she is an exceptional person and great at her job and empathetic to any problems that the guests have. I would highly recommend a stay at your facility

AC in apartment leaked water but was probably my fault for not closing the bedroom door!

The place is well located, the apartment is very nice, great space. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful!

The only thing is the poor quality of the mattress. It was old and uncomfortable. It had a sort of dip or sag in it, which made it too soft to sleep on and caused back pain.

Apartment is full size one room apartment, very spacious, clean and in good state. The area is calm, still close to the coast with the beaches, restaurants, bars... Price is very good for what is offered. There is rather big supermarket in about 300m, with a number of small shops on the way. To reach the residence I did take taxi from the central bus station, but actually there is frequent and quick bus 73, that is passing in just a bit more than 0.5km from the place. So, if you have not too many things on you, it can be an option. The manger is friendly and helpful. Also she offered me an apartment at better floor compared to the foreseen one.

The spiral staircase to get from one floor to another... It is quit steep and narrow, so if you have big baggage and need to go to a high floor it can be a challenge. There is no lift. The airco should be cleaned from inside a bit (the last day air was not smelling very fresh).

The lady was lovely. Great location less than ten minutes to the beach and shops etc in the other direction. Açaí and coffee opposite apartment. Felt safe, street door and then own door.

Bathroom is a little on the small side though the shower is great. The street can be noisy in the evening but that adds to the experience for us. We were on the first floor, there is a steel spiral staircase that goes up maybe 4 floors so limited mobility or heavy baggage might be a problem.

Very reasonable rates, Mara was incredibly helpful, convenient location in close proximity to supermarket and the beaches/Beira Mar Ave.

I was in two different apartments in my two stays. The first one was sunny, second one not, but the first one could be noisy due to a dog barking and a next door noisy bar in the same address on weekends.

The place was clean and comfortable. There were extra pillows which was nice. The host was responsive and brought dish soap and a sponge to clean dishes when I asked.

The kitchen has very minimal supplies, so this isn’t the best place if you want to cook lots.

Cute, good size apartment on the second floor. Had a good size refrigerator and nice stove top. The staff was very kind and attentive. Easy to check in and out. Felt like a safe place.

Could have had a Smart tv in the bedroom and a stronger wifi signal.

Fantastic stay. Great location, just a minute from the beach/boardwalk, v close to supermarkets, good restaurants & bars (but no bar noise). Good communication with hosts, who were warm & welcoming. All felt v clean. Decent WiFi, good shower. Would recommend & stay again.

Good location, spacious apartment, air conditioning in bedroom, cable TV, good wifi (used it for working from home).

No hot water, plastic chairs aren't the most comfortable for indoor furniture or for working. Would be great if there were laundry facilities for guests.
