Super friendly and helpful staff, ready to assist with any request and also nice people to talk to. I needed to stay between the Brussels airport and Ghent city - from this prospective, the location was perfect. The hotel is new and clean, not "tired", there are no dark long corridors or old sicarete smell - all is fresh. You can sit and work with your laptop in the breakfast room - very convenient, power, WIFI, big tables and coffee available. If you go for a run, there is a castle nearby. You can also buy some food/necessary items in a shop at a gasoline station nearby.

The hotel is located i a kind of "nowhere" on the road with only a Starbucks and a gasoline station nearby. From the first glance it might look even scary. There are some nice facilities in the area and even an old castle, but to reach them you have to go for a while through a kind of empty area. There is no fitness center in the hotel.

The hotel really exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and modern, with a sizeable room and toilet. It also had a kettle and a small table, which were useful. There were spare pillows too. Hotel is right by the highway, and right next to eateries and a convenience store.

The carpark had a signpost which pointed to "Brussels" - but I think that road is actually only one-way? There really is only one exit, so guests should be careful when driving out of the hotel.

All of the staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. I liked the connected food locations and convenience store. The breakfast was good, left me satisfied each morning. Plenty of parking. The location was very quiet and peaceful, and I was able to rest each day no problem.

I just wish the room had a fan to move air around a little bit.

clean and new bathroom always makes a traveler happy, this is a quiet place. The location is close to the main artery and easy to get in and out, very convenient to travel to. The room is bright and staff is 24/7 at the lobby which is also very bright with tall glass windows and people can easily find this place at night.

sometimes the elevator doesn't work or under maintenance which is not a big deal because the stair cases is wide and easy to carry items up and down.

I liked the cleanness of the hotel and surrounding areas. Easy to get to, friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast options too.

It would have been helpful if there was an ATM at the Hotel or in its vicinity, but that was the only thing.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was modern and clean. This hotelroom is one of the quietest hotel rooms I ever slept in. To be honest I was a bit afraid of the noise because the hotel is next to the freeway but it was really quite. There was enough parking space and if you have to be in the neighbourhood there is a special road accessible from the parking under the hotel. This road is only for hotel guest so that you don't have to use the freeway if you don't want to, to go to the nearest city this is really handy during rush hour. The breakfast was ok. I definitely going to book this hotel again.

Location is far from city centre, middle of highway, no direct public transport. No fridge at the room.

Convenient location for a stop on the way from UK to Germany and only a short drive into Brussels. Comfortable, clean room with friendly and helpful staff.

There are take away options close by but you would have to drive for anything more exciting.

The hotel was extremely clean and easy to get to. The front desk was 24 hours and there was plenty of parking. The staff were friendly and breakfast was great.

There was a shortcut to the other side of the road but the gate was confusing to use. We had to use an intercom and it worked on the side of the hotel but did not work well on the other side.

Good breakfast, only fast food outlets on site, plenty of parking. Good room for wheelchair user, well thought out design.
