2 points, Firstly, a staff at the reception Mr. Anar, we had to request him 3 times on the phone to send someone to our room to merge our phone with the TV to watch smart tv, also I had to go to the reception to request him for this, but no one came, he was extremely polite when we checked in, but on knowing that we are Indians, he changed his attitude. Secondly, at breakfast, we requested for a glass of water at 11 am, we were refused stating that the buffet had closed down. Does water be a part of the buffet? We were willing to pay for it.

One of the best winter hotels in Azerbaijan with professional staff, great activities and restaurants. Especially would like to thank Zakir( FO Manager) Aygun( Receptionist ) and Aydan( Guest Relations) for their efforts in making our stay wonderful!

Sledge at Yatmish gozel lack controllers who shall direct guests to correct pathway to climb back and overall control whole process to ensure safety of all guests.Suggest to add controlling staff on upper and lower side to avoid collisions on mentioned activities.

We had an outstanding experience thanks to the exceptional service provided by Anar, our driver, and Lala, the receptionist. Anar was incredibly professional, punctual, and navigated the roads with great skill, making our journey smooth and comfortable. His friendly demeanor and attentiveness truly made us feel at ease. Lala, at the reception, greeted us with a warm smile and was always ready to assist with any requests. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. Her positive attitude and helpfulness left a lasting impression on us. Both Anar and Lala made our visit memorable, and we couldn’t have asked for better service. We highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience!

First of all, ladies at the reception were very kind, especially with our baby. Restaurant food was great. Breakfast had many varieties. There is free access to spa for all hotel guests. The view of the mountain was stunning. We enjoyed the cable car which starts from the same hotel. The nice thing is that you can communicate with the front desk through WhatsApp .

Due to the climate in this area, the AC has no cooling option. But you can open the balcony door to enjoy the cool air.

Everything! Smiling staff, yummy breakfast, active house keeping staff and facilities. One of the best stay we ever had. It was so easy to just go simply from lift to cable car and other leisure. Sauna, steam and Turkish bath was free and so worth it. The view from hotel was mesmerising. It rained at night and we were trapped around the clouds. We love the hotel and hopefully will come back again.

Everything! Location in the mountains. The hotel is spotlessly clean and rooms spacious and comfortable. Evening dinner outside with a real fire. Amazing food and service with a special mention to Kenan and Seyfal in the restaurant. Breakfast was also gorgeous. Cable cars to the mountains from the hotel too. Worth every penny for the stay.

The location is simply unbeatable and amazingly, the ski lift is accessible directly from the 4th floor of the hotel! Within minutes, we were enjoying panoramic views from the top of the mountain. We stayed in one of the spacious suite, and it was easily the most beautiful room. The décor was elegant, the room was spotlessly clean, and the amenities were truly five-star. It struck the perfect balance between luxury and comfort, I was truely relaxing for us; since we also wanted some time off our busy hectic work schedule Traveling as a family with a young child, we deeply appreciated the family-friendly services. The hotel offered separate menus for Indian guests and kids, which made dining easy and enjoyable for everyone. They also have a kids area at 4th floor. They also has a smart TV to play YouTube for kids. The staff were exceptional, particularly the front office manager who welcomed us with genuine warmth and professionalism. Although we didn't note his name, his courteous approach made a lasting impression. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless and efficient. The housekeeping staff, as well as the chefs and service team during breakfast, were all very polite and humble, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. What really stood out was the hotel’s attention to detail for a pool access, from the in-room comforts to the high-quality service throughout our stay. Every part of our experience felt thoughtfully designed to make guests feel special and well cared for. We wholeheartedly recommend the Qafqaz Tufandag Mountain Resort Hotel to anyone visiting Gabala. This hotel truly is a little piece of heaven on earth!

Don't think twice before booking this lovely property .It's at an amazing location. The rooms are huge and clean. We had booked a family suite for a family of 4. The room had a balcony facing the mountain and an artificial lake. The breakfast spread is lavish and excellent. The panorama restaurant also serves amazing delicacies. The staff at the restaurant is very polite and shows a lot of hospitality.We had dinner there on both the nights of our stay. The cable car station is on the 4 th floor of the resort and very convenient. The resort has a lovely spa with gym, steam and sauna. There is also turkish hamam. Overall a very happy stay and I would recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Gabala.

We booked the double room with balcony option. Amazing room offering Mountain View and scenery. Breakfast was excellent, had variety options. Direct access to cable car,ATV, mountain swing, archery and other activities. Restaurants offered amazing food.

During our stay, we were disappointed to find that the hotel had disabled the air conditioning across the entire property being winter season. However we visited in May end and in the afternoon the outside temperature would go upto 24 degrees C. We preferred to use AC, but this option was not available, forcing us to leave the window open throughout the night for ventilation. It would be better if guests were given the choice between AC and heating, regardless of the season.
