Location is fantastic. Very professional and cosy hotel Staff has great English skills Breakfast is plenty and provides many choices Try the olives from the salad buffet they are great!

The stuff shortage, which is a thing in the whole area, shows. That means: short breakfast and dinner times etc. (see pictures) Dinner quality varies, the ribs were dry, steak was fantastic on point. Tip: order tap water its cheaper and better than the "default" mineral water they serve.

Location next to Schmitten cable car. Clean and spacious room. Awesome breakfast, I'm certain that there is something to please everyone's taste. Friendly service.

Self check-in system wasn't very user friendly and I spent lots of time struggling with it as it put me back to beginning several times. 150 eur deposit when entering the hotel should be mentioned when booking the hotel or on the welcome message. Room was very hot without aircon or fan, and when we left the window open because if that the noices from the carbage station were quite loud.

Location is amazing perfect for our skiing holiday. The food is amazing one of the highlights of our day was to see what food we’d be served that evening could not fault it at all! The pool facilities were great and so convenient to have the locker rooms downstairs to be able to store our ski equipment.

We stayed in one of the rooms that is yet to be refurbished it was fine enough although the beds need updating not very comfortable and the pillows were so thin not very comfortable. We went to use the spare pillow in the wardrobe and it had hairs all over it

The stay was wonderful . We reached in evening , the staff was present to to do a smooth check in . Best part was the breakfast , we had a wide spread range of breakfast to have . Each of the room has a reserved table in the restaurant . Which made us comfortable , we had 2 kids with us , we got enough space to eat and enjoy. Also the hotel is located right in front of the seilbahn to reach of the mountain peak . The hotel provide sommer card . Our stay was wonderful , fully enjoyed it

Everything was superb, very nice restaurant staff. Also front desk manager made everything clear about smallest details. Summer card helped to save a lot of money ok activities. Definitely would visit this hotel during winter season again.

Car parking could be a little bigger, but it was not an issue for me.

Wonderful hotel right next to the ski lifts and also the ski school. We have stayed before the revamp and it's lovely now that the dining room and many rooms and more modern. The food has also improved massively since our last stay in 2020.

Wines are expensive and they charge for tap water which is a bit cheeky. They used to have a 4pm afternoon tea in the bar area which they don't do anymore and that was a real shame. No atmosphere in the evenings in the bar. We felt this hotel should be the apres spot but it simply isn't. You have to go to town for the atmosphere and action.

Location. It is located near three gondolas. There you find lift tickets(Schmitten) and ski rental(Brundl). With the lift tickets I could ride all lift chairs, gondolas and buses. And Brundl had shops in every gôndolas, giving total support, I did exchange my boots You can return to any of their shops. I skied all the way into the city and returned to the shop at the end of the slope. Cannot be in a better location when it comes to skiing Train station is a six minute taxi cab ride. Breakfast was good, and dinner was always the highlight of the day. I couldn't wait for dinner. You sit at the same table during your entire stay. There are many places to eat at lunchtime. At the summit with a gorgeous view, but the good thing about ski in/out, is to remove your boots after the morning run, put them in your locker with your room number, and with your slippers, have lunch at the hotel bar. My son had the VAYA special hamburger every day. And, there's the swimming pool and the sauna. The room was good, roomy, clean, fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, .... robe to go to the pool.

Nothing really

Location on the nursery slope. Ski in and out. Ski rental in hotel building. The food was excellent. The restaurant staff were exceptional.

Old room, large but sparse and furniture grubby. This is NOT a traditional Austrian, family run hotel. The hotel reception staff were mediocre. The pool was cold and crowded. No gym.

Perfect location, couple of steps from 2 major ski lifts. Ski storage is perfect, the lockers open with the room's card. The bus was also departing from nearby, allowing us to reach Zell am See center within 10 minutes.

When booking our room we did not know that there were renovated rooms and rooms that are yet to be renovated. We received a room pre-renovation that had floor carpet. We assume that the smell that did not disappear throughout our stay was due to the floor carpet and older type of furniture.

Everything was perfect during our stay, the staff is extremely friendly and the location is amazing even for the Summer! The room was perfectly big enough to travel with a small child.

I don't get why the Wellness area is colsing such early, but this is quite common at different Hotels also.
