The property was really nice! We’ve been told that the hotel was only 3 months old so everything was looking new, clean and maintained. The staff was really nice and friendly, especially the women in the breakfast. We were always going for breakfast quite late and before putting everything back they were asking us if there is anything else we would like to eat. They were also happy to make us something fresh if we wanted. The people in the reception were happy to help us with everything, they even gave to my partner a key from a different reception room because he wanted to practise on his musical instrument. Parking was free outside the hotel, so that was convenient too. The cleaners were also trying to accommodate our needs.

The main thing that I didn’t like were the beddings. Even though the bed was made of a really good quality undoubtedly, the begging were all made of synthetic material and we were both sweating as hell during the night. I assume they used synthetic beddings to try and prevent the mattresses and pillows but we had really bad sleeps. We were sweating as being sick. I appreciate it’s a new hotel and they still try to see what works out and what not, but this is a very important thing they need to change first because having a good sleep is the key priority. Obv the location is in an industrial area which means that nothing is around the hotel in walking distance. The safe was not working yet

The Front Desk staff was so helpful and friendly. Especially Selena (night duty Front Desk) who went beyond necessary. On our first night, the taxi driver would not accept a credit card payment, Selena helped us out of our situation with her personal funds since we had not yet had a chance to go to an ATM. She is to be commended :-).

Hotel is new and nicely furnished. Everything was clean. They try to make all processes faster and easier for the guests by online options for chrck in or check out. Breakfast had everything you might want and need. The location was a bit strange, since it is situated in an industrial zone but it actually works, it is easily accessible and offers enough parking. All in all a great stay, just outside Vienna.

Great location for out need to get to our destination. Friendly staff helpful with everything.

We did in fact ordered a room with a sofa, but apparently the rooms with just chairs are as big as the ones with the sofa so we weren’t bother to exchanged it, but for the future it would be nicer if we would get a room that we ordered in the first place

We loved the location, room; cleanliness,staff very kind and friendly, breakfast was amazing, We are travelling a couple of times a year and we stop in Austria often. This hotel is the best so far. We had a dog with us as well and hotel is pet friendly. We will go back in 2 weeks time

Such a cosy new hotel! We were a bit afraid that it would be noisy because of its location, but we were surprised how quiet the room was. The room looks just like in the pictures, the bed is very comfortable and the breakfast was yummy! The staff was extremely friendly! Also a big plus that it has a lot of parking places.

Rooms were all brand new, very clean and well appointed. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Restaurant not open yet to had to travel for food (didn't affect breakfast). Limited bar facilities. Issue with flashing night lights (had to tape over them as I couldn't turn them off) reported to staff. Need more parking spaces.

Very nice and friendly staff. We came here late at night after leaving our initial hotel that we had booked (very bad) and were helped immediately. Very clean, family friendly and definitely worth the price!

Everthing was perfect.

Very fresh and clean hotel. Plenty of free parking outside. Good breakfast. Should have a 4-star rating.

Unfortunately there is no restaurant at the premises. Lady at the reception suggested Hollers Steakhouse, which had very nice food, although somewhat pricey.

It's really new building and the room is super clean

The heating temperature was not controllable and not that warm. Also the shower water hot water is not that hot.
