This hotel is absolutely amazing. Stunning lake view and perfect location for relax and for outdoor programs. The hotel is a really luxury place on Wörther See, all facilities are great. The breakfast is so wide selection and polite service. The best is the Spa.. clean, nice, calm and friendly. Really relaxing for couple.. Thanks for all of the team, we are coming back soon.. The minibar food selection could be better..

A superb hotel with an excellent view of Worthersee lake, also include a 2-star Michelin restaurant. There are 3 swimming pools, indoor and outdoor, and also one next the lake, you can also choose to swim in the lake. There are other water activities but we don’t have enough time to experience. The family suite is very spacious, can easily fit a family of 4.

The in-room dining menu choices are very limited, we went to an Italian restaurant next door for takeaway pizza and pasta.

Everything was excellent, bed, breakfast, garage, restaurant. Location is great and staff in the hotel is very kind, professional and helpful.

Last day in the pool there were sort of boards mounted in the pools wall. I cut my feet really hard and deep on the side of this board. The women in the Spa was totally unsympathetic, gave me the tape in that was it. No"Oh, I'm sorry" or something similar. I was really surprised on completely unfriendly attitude comparing t o the I've made a complaint at the reception and nobody react ??

We visited the hotel for the second time because we liked it so much the first time. It was just as good as the first time. The staff is very nice, the breakfast and the foods in their restaurant are excellent, the spa is also great, the beds are very comfortable. We highly recommend it both in winter and summer!

The hotel is big and comfortable, the rooms are clean and nice, the spa and breakfast absolutely amazing! It is a bit pricey but our stay was great, relaxing and luxurious.

The outside pool has to be warmer during the winter, also we had half board and there is only one restaurant to eat within half board which is fine dining with preselected menu. The other restaurant should also be included in the half board

1. the beach club is fantastic - the best way to enjoy the lake, and the food there is good too. 2. great service - We had a special need that we noted at registration, since they made an error in accounting for it in our room the manager gave us a massive upgrade instead on the second night. Staff was all round very polite and helpful and generally well spirited. Fact that the manager helps at breakfast is an indication of teams spirit and humility. 3. The best breakfast ever had in Austria, and also at leisure. 4. good spa as a backup to the beach club, and acceptable exercise area for when it was too hot 5. they are generous with towels and stuff like that - small details that matter

it is very expensive - but, largely, you get what you paid for.

Beautiful hotel and location. Wished we could have stayed for longer. We will definitely return in the future. Lovely, friendly and very helpful staff. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Great selection at breakfast. Sad to have left.

Beautiful room, quiet and tremendous staff. The town is friendly, clean and honestly I think I could move here.
