We had a fantastic stay here with three families! The outdoor area and garden were beautiful, and the swimming pool was cozy and refreshing. The gym and tennis hall were great additions, and we loved the ice feature — such a nice touch. What truly made our stay special was the staff. From the friendly reception team to the exceptional service at breakfast, everyone was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Everything met our needs perfectly. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again. What a great place for a family trip!

Nothing, everything was perfect for us

Location was very nice, close to the center, in a quiet surroundings. I especially admire the good quality of the bed and the excellent breakfast. It was a bonus to me that the hotel had an indoor swimming pool with convenient opening hours and there was not a problem with parking.

The hotel was quite noisy in the evening - room door did not isolate the noise from the corridor. Also, it was quite unusual to me that I obtained just a bottle of water after announcing a welcome drink. I would suggest either not to announce a welcome drink or to give a small glass of wine, which is so suitable for this region.

The room had lake-view, but it was only a small window and no balcony, we didn’t see much of the lake-view

A perfect hotel by the lakeside. The wellness area, with its large pool, stays open late, as does the restaurant & bar—something that's not always the case in Austria! They serve great cocktails, offer e-bikes for guests, and the hotel is surrounded by a charming wine-region village (or town). The staff is very friendly. Truly, if you're okay with the price, this is an ideal 4-star hotel. While the hotel isn't newly renovated, it's not a detriment

The breakfast was sumptuous and delicious. We had a magnificent suite overlooking the lake. The garden is wonderful to sit in and enjoy nature. Watching the storks on the hotel roof was very enjoyable. The indoor pool was very pleasant. Of course sitting at lakeside was very relaxing.

very nice view from the terrace - very good, spacy terrace for us four people, bathroom big - with two basins, good for 4 women! Very nice extras - like coffee and cake in the afternoon, one drink in the evening and after coming back from St.Margareten or Mörbisch at midnight the soups - very nice one soup without meat would be even greater ;-) - as one of us does not eat meat.

we wanted to spend after breakfast some quiet relaxed hours in the garden at the lake - one reason for the choice of this hotel - and the gardener was touring with a very loud tractor to cut the lawn for I suppose two hours all together. Most irritating was that he passed very often (8 times the same track) right in front of guests of the house lying in their bikinis.

1) Only one parking space for handicapped guests is not enough 2) Steak tartare could have been better with more options like capers, onions fresh egg for the guest to mix himself

Everything! Very cozy hotel in a perfect natural setting. A bird watchers paradise awaiting you. The medieval town of Rust restored to its original character makes you move into the past...

Seehotel Rust is one of the most beautiful places we went to visit. The Hotel architecture is unique, like in a wonderland. Breakfast was exceptional, wide variety, great taste - perfect way to start the day : ). Staff was very friendly, always there to help - well done! Thank you!

The breakfast is very good and served in a nice spacious room. Staff is very friendly and the location of the hotel is in the centre of town, in walking distance from restaurants.

With an outdoor temperature of only 22 celsius, the hotel gets stuffy and warm. The room was very warm and we needed to sleep with the AC.
