A very nice small apartment hotel in a small, quiet village. There is no air condition, which is typical for most places in Europe. It was ok in September but it probably can get pretty hot during summer. Although Alpenhof is located on the main street, traffic noise was low and not noticeable with windows closed. On-site parking was great and the apartment has a small kitchen and everything a couple or a family with a couple of children might need. Alpenhof is only 30 min from Fussen in Germany and Ludvig ll castles and there is plenty to see and do close by.

We made reservations through Booking.com and there was no indication that Alpenhof does not accept credit cards to pay for the stay, only cash or bank transfer, which caught us unprepared, especially that local bank machines would not accept our bank card from Canada to withdraw Euros.

The apartment was comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The location was absolutely stunning even despite the heavy rain while we were there. The host Sabine was really welcoming and had a great understanding of the area and gave us great recommendations for places to visit. One of the nicest places we have stayed.

Sparkling clean (we couldn't literally find something wrong in the whole appartement), amazingly spacious, great beds, very big bathrooms. Host was very nice, we stayed continously in touch, we got nice suggestions and great advice.

We had nothing to complain about.

Situated with a great view of the town of Reutte and Alps, this spot is perfect for a relaxing retreat. The large windows, glass doors and porch welcome the sun and views well. The kitchen was well equipped as was the bathroom. Everything was clean. The owners were very kind and helpful.

We really liked the location, how the mountains surrounded us, the apartment looked excellent and clean and we enjoyed the friendly owner talking to us.

Nice and clean, the host was very helpful.

We struggled with a WiFi connection. Maybe it was only on our devices and it had something to do with the modem settings. I had to completely turn off and on my phone every time I came back to the apartment. Then it worked. On my husband’s devices it only worked after several turnings off and on and trying to turn on or off almost everything in the settings..Sometimes it worked, sometimes didn’t..

Owners were very pleasant and helpful. Their recommendations were very appreciated. Loved the location

Well appointed neat and tidy apartment, with extremely helpful owner. Great location on the outskirts of Reutte, easy to get to sights around Füssen and we really enjoyed the beautiful Plansee.
