We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located in the town centre. We especially enjoyed the excellent facilities, including various restaurant spaces, a beautiful outdoor garden with mountain views, a well-equipped playroom for kids, and convenient storage for skis and boots. The breakfast selection was outstanding, and the à la carte dishes were very good. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist. The presence and attentiveness of the owners’ family added a personal touch.

Limited parking place, however other free parking you find nearby.

Location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, car parking is limited in Radstadt so it was excellent to have a designated hotel car park, room was a good size- very clean, comfy beds, good storage for our 1 weeks worth of clothes, ski/boot room was excellent. Breakfast was amazing! so much choice and available early so we could be on the first ski lift of the day ( which you can see from the restaurant window!!) Evening meal restaurant also very good - reasonably priced and good quality food.

Kind and helpfull hotel staff. Very nice location. Lots of parking places.

Missing refregirator in room. But hotel staff offered to use minibar at the restorant as an alternative.

breakfast was absolutely the best no issues and more then you could ever ask for. the location was also great right inside the old town walls They additionally have their own brewery which is a plus.

I have been to many hotels in Austria, so I know the norm, and this is a great hotel but the rely more on their location than they do on their interaction with the hotel guest. it is not bad by any standard i just expected more from a hotel at this location

located in the centre of the beautiful town. The room was to a very high standard. very comfortable bed large double bed. Bathroom was very modern with an excellent shower. Breakfast had plenty to choose from although it did get busy even at 7am. The staff were friendly and courteous.

Ski bus stop was a little far to walk, approximately 400 metres.

Absolutely perfect service. All personnel has been very friendly and helpful. Perfect location in the town centre and near to few ski resorts. Very good breakfast offer.

Everything was just OK

The staff was so friendly and paid attention to the little things. A family owned hotel with a lot of charm. We had a baby with us and they accommodated everything from baby bed to high chair and always with a smile. We love our stay!

It was just like what was advertised on Booking. Com, it was close to everything, the rooms were perfect warm, clean and comfortable

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

It was my 2nd stay in this facility, and again, it was an enjoyable experience. Very comfy and large room. It is located right in the middle of the city, which gives you superb access to other locations by foot—lots of parking slots around the hotel are available.

Be aware that in May and November, the city is closing most of the hotels, gasthof, and restaurants. We were there in May and had trouble finding a place to eat. But this is a more general review of the city specifics than this particular place.

Room was perfect, good enough for a family of 4. Carpet felt warm when returning from freezing cold outside and the bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was OK but it felt like being in a canteen, no attention from the staff. Its a big hotel so understandable though. So busy, there were no clean water glasses, not enough cutlery etc. Food mediocre.
