- Amazing adults only warm rooftop pool (32 Degrees, you can really stay on it for long time without feeling cold). The view is spectacular in front of the mountain. - Plenty of saunas, specially with panoramic views of Leogang, there is even a snow - ice sauna and there is also family area with textile sauna as well. - Location: literally in front of Asitzbahn Lift to go up on the mountain, and plus we got a card included on our booking to go up on the mountain on each day of our stay. - Rooms: large, with all the amenities expected: mini bar, a balkon with 2 chairs, large bathroom with bathtub, shower, makeup mirror, safe and heating. - Staff / Service: really nice staff, honestly one of the best we had so far. Free shuttle from Leogang train station to the hotel. Everyone in the hotel was friendly and efficient (for example we could order drinks directly from rooptop pool at the spa without having to go down to restaurant or bar. )As portuguese speaking people, we got lucky to have been welcomed by a super friendly and attentive staff member who spoke portuguese with us even though we could have switched to german or english.

Nothing to complain. If I could suggest, would be great to also have the late - night swimm avaiable during the weekends like Saturday or so.

Great location, facilities and food. Access card for the cable car was provided in the cost of the room, as were all of the hotel activities. Pool and spas are really nice and relaxing. The food exceeded my expectations, it was really good with lots of options for breakfast and dinner.

The only issue was with cleaning. The cleaner didn't make the bed throughout my stay, and one day forgot to clean my room altogether, although this was done when I requested it. Other than that, it was a great stay.

The hotel gives full scope of services and pleasure to enjoy the mountains. We have enjoyed everything from the start to final day of our stay. I a, a big fan of SPA zones and the one hotel has was perfect (the best for myself during several years of traveling).

Housekeeping of the room could have been with a bit more attention. It would also be a bit more cosy to have a warm floor in the toilet or at least a towel or something on the floor.

Perfect location for skiing and great facilities, including the heated roof top pool. The food was also very good with choices from a set menu each evening.

The mattresses were far too hard and we both couldn’t sleep and had back problems throughout the stay. We asked twice for new mattresses or toppers which eventually came on the last night and was much better. I think the hotel should ask you before you arrive what type of mattress you would like.

Hotel SPA is amazing and the heated rooftop pool is divine. The dinner exceeded all expectations, the breakfast is also excellent. Freshly prepared smoothies and energy shots will prepare you well for a full day in nature. You also get a card for the Asitz cable car, where you can enjoy a lot of different activities in good weather.

Only thing we missed in the room was electric kettle for tea and coffee.

Afternoon snack wasn't up to the level of the other two meals, felt a bit like some leftovers. Rooms were VERY hot, should provide fans in the summer time

Only the pillows. They were too soft and not enough, but we didn't check for another on the reception!

Very friendly and caring staff. From the moment you enter the hotel, you feel nothing but warm and welcome. Everybody makes sure you are being taken care of. I also enjoyed the Spa a lot. Very stylish and clean. Spacious but not too big so you get lost. Dinner was amazing. Everything tasted great. Modern cuisine but with the taste of „home made with love“.

There was some noise from AC or heating outside my room / balcony so it wasn’t quite and I had some trouble finding sleep.

We trully enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The wellness and pool are incredible! Breakfasts were nice and every day a little different, with wide offer of fresh local products and international specialities. Dinners were a fantastic culinary experience every evening, but what really got us were the afternoon snacks - such a rich offer of both warm and cold meals we had never experienced before! We came with our dog and we all felt welcome. The place is excellent for various activities in any weather, both the nature and the hotel facilities offer so much to do. The staff was very professional, we enjoyed their friendly approach and readiness to help anytime.

The only issue concerning the hotel was the noise from the road in the morning on working days, it would be better to have a room facing the opposite site. What was a really bad surprise was the behaviour of some guests - coming to the restaurant for snacks in bathing robes seemed us really inappropriate and not nice to see. I would appreciate some sign at the door of the restaurant informing the guests about the proper clothes.

The hotel and its surroudings are just breathtaking. Cool spa area, with panoramic view. The wellness’s really good for the health. Really nice staff. The hotels restaurant is very good, various and delicious. The hotel is situated next to the ski-elevator.
