The accommodation was pleasant, and the spa experience was wonderful one-of-a-kind. The breakfast was also delightful.

The behavior of the receptionist, Sarah, during check-out was quite disappointing. She issued a new invoice for a stay that had already been paid and requested additional payment. While mistakes can occur - after all, we are only human - what impacted my experience was her absolute lack of apology and just arrogant smirk on her face. I truly appreciate high quality service and all the people behind it; unfortunately, that was not the case here.

This hotel is amazing. It was our 3rd stay, and we already have the next reservation. Perfect location whether its summer time for hikes, or skiing in the winter. YOu can litterarly ski in to the hotel. Great food quality and variety, also perfect options for kids. We loved the suite we had, views to the Dachstein and also the deers on the hill side, you just dont want to leave from here. Great sauna options, and the kids loved the kids club. Nice evening music entertainment. And the wooden yoga house!!! I could live in there :). Amazing views around.

This hotel was wonderful, so close to the lifts (5 minute walk maybe) , beautiful facilities, friendly staff, breakfast was great

Nothing, just a tad pricey but you get what you pay for

Something fantastic, so vast, yet you experience so much privacy. Beautiful views from the pools to the mountains, fantastic saunas, great food and a bar where they mix fantastic drinks for you. It definitely won't be our last visit.

Meals should be all inclusive. The drinks for the kids, sodas and should be free.

Nice view perfect wellness

I did reservation by booking the hotel charge me from the cart and booking and also they charge me on the front desk of the month nobody give me the answer

I want to start with the fact, that we are regular guests in Hotel Hoeflehner, and the reason for it is because we love the hotel. Amazing location, comfortable, great wellness and beautiful yoga house, amazing restaurant and bar staff. This was our 6th stay in the past 3 years.

However this time we are really disappointed. I booked two rooms in August, one of them is a family suite with mountain view. As we have been here several times we did know exactly what to expect, we have been in this type of room already 4 times. I mean its a huge factor why we love the place, the gorgeaus view. So upon arrival we realized that the supposingly mountain view family suite they gave us doesnt have a view at all, and in fact its dark. So we asked them to change it. First they said it was impossible, that the good view rooms are reserved for other guest who specify their exact room number wishes. Well, I did write them about is.. Anyhow it took them 2.5 hours to arrange us a room with a better view. By then we spent our whole afternoon in the lobby waiting, instead of enjoying our vacation in the wellness area or the yoga room. We told the lady, that we would expact some kind of conpensation for wasting our time. At check out no compensation was offered. I think this should have been automatic from their side. The were absolutely ignorant. The said we got chocolates for compensation ( seriously??) and that next year if we come again we will get a room we wanted, they even made a note of this, they explained. After spending thousands of euros we only wanted the room for paid for this time, without waiting. Or at least show some regret.. So this review is about this very disappointing customer care we experienced in this 4 star superior hotel, that we loved so much until now. I wonder what Mr. Hoeflehner would say about how the reception staff handled our case.
