the location is within epping pasific plaza , easy to find food around the mall and to shop around the mall for last minute shopping. there is a shuttle from Quest to anywhere within 10km although we did not use it it's a nice additional service from the hotel. The hotel was clean, nice interior, has a common laundry machine and they provide the detergent as well. The room cleaned everyday.

the position of the air con is directly to the bed, may be you can add something to the aircon to prevent the fan blowing directly to the bed. providing a slipper would be a nice additional for the room. and we got a stained inner duvet, please kindly check next time.

This is great location close to shops and restaurants. The staff were lovely. We arrived not feeling well. They let us into our room early and let us have late check out the next day. We were so appreciative. The place is very clean and quiet. I would recommend Quest Epping and definitely will be staying there again. There is a coffee club 20 metres away who open early for breakfast. The staff there were lovely also. TGIF is also only 20 metres away which was great for dinner and drinks. The hotel has snacks available for sale. We used the washing machine and drier to clean some dirty laundry. They gave us extra washing powder and towels when we asked. Teriffic place to stay 10/10

Location with immediate access to cinema, shopping centre, restaurants and other services. The loungeroom in the 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, the kitchenette perfect. Air conditioning in each bedroom and living space. Nice and dark for sleep.

Shower over bath which has steps to it not friendly, together with the shower rose (with low water pressure) positioned immediately above the water faucet (which stuck out into standing space) and the mixer out of reach unless in the bath under the shower rose made for a frustrating bathroom experience. The hallways very hot as if heated during summer. The car park is not undercover or secure. International Roast coffee sachets provided (the worst) and never enough milk for more than 2 coffees for a 2 night stay. For the price I think some decent coffee and milk not too much to expect. Beds are 7 out of 10 confort at most. All kings made up of 2 king singles and inadequate matress topper.

We love everything. The room, the location.it was very convenient. Everything you need was just outside the hotel and most importantly, the staff are very friendly and helpful.Big thanks specifically to Patrick who is very nice and accommodating.I hope other hotels have a reception who are willing to go extra mile to help the guest. It was a lovely experience all in all.

Quest Epping is in a fantastic and convenient location, right next to Pacific Epping, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The rooms are modern, well-maintained, and in excellent condition, ensuring a comfortable stay. The front desk staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. Overall, I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay and would highly recommend it.

Perfect location as we had an early appointment at the Northern Hospital. The one bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was appropriately stocked with all you needed to make dinner and breakfast. And if you don't want to cook, there are restaurants right outside the door. Staff were friendly and helpful. Both in person and on the phone.

Everything, room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Getting to Epping was very easy for us, when we went out we were offered the complimentary lift to the train station, which was very good for us. Staff helped us to navigate our way around Melbourne CBD.

Nothing at all really, but a suggestion would be access to Foxtel as I am a great footy fan and my wife likes several shows at night.

24 hours reception was great for us as our flight landed late and got there at 1am. Asked the night staff member for a 12pm check out to give us enough time to rest and shower. Also helped with luggage at to the room

Night staff member not very proactive. Saw us arriving, him with hands in the pocket, us struggling with luggage while also handling the baby. I've had to ask him for assistance with the luggage, otherwise not sure if he'd jump in. At check-in paperwork asked us for a $300 deposit !!! No where in my booking was mentioned so and I'm not going to let you hold my money while you have copy of my ID and CC details. The staff member said in case we destroy something, like what 😱?? No hotel asks for a deposit anymore, what did he think we were going to do in that room, after arriving Jet-lag tired with luggage and a baby???? Felt very awkward about it.

I liked how close it was to the shops, it was lovely to be able to walk out the doors and go to the shops. The beds were very comfortable, the bed cause use some lock on wheels, as I noticed it kept moving,

I didn’t really have any issues with property it self at all, was a really lovely stay, one thing I would of liked to know prior to staying was the bond, which was 300, while I could afford it, it did come as a shock before hand

Rooms clean Balcony spacious Kitchen was amazing The Washer and Dryer so modern and up to date Shower was soooo spacious Bedroom either two singles or 1 dou le. Wardrobe had alot of space. 2 tvs 1 in lounge 1 in room Shoping and eating out soooo convenient and close by. Youre literlly on top of it. So many delicious restaurants and takeaways available. I am going to be staying there next time in Melbourne

There was a faint smell in the room but disappeared after a couple of hours with the sliding door open
