The unit was clean and all the appliances worked in a satisfactory manner, they appeared in as new condition. The picnic set in the cane carry case was a novel and unique idea which indicated to me that the management had put a lot of thought into how they stocked the unit,

The hot water in the shower was in consistent in that it would adjust to a good temperature and after a short while get hotter or colder requiring further adjustment. This occurred a number of times,

The room was clean, adequate for my needs. Had everything I wanted and needed like shampoo and conditioner and a coffee for the morning. The bed was really comfortable, and I found it was very peaceful to sleep. The staff were attentive, polite, helpful and always smiling and super friendly. I would be very happy to return with the family.

I had to tuck the curtain onto the bricks so that the light from outside didn't shine onto the pillows and me while I was trying to sleep. Doesn't help the body clock, but that isn't really a negative, just a note.

Good sized room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Great location. Spacious parking.

The curtains could have been a bit heavier for better coverage, but luckily I travel with an eye mask. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I'd stay again.

Location was good for us. Unfortunately they didn't serve breakfast on Saturday & Sunday morning.

The hot water system was down on Friday night & Saturday morning so we let the receptionist know, Showering, shaving etc. was not fun! Saturday night & Sunday morning the problem was solved & we had good hot water.

Great location with parking right outside the room. Even though this motel is on a fairly busy road, the rooms are all set well away from the road and we heard no noise at night at all. Very quiet and undisturbed sleep. The staff were really cheerful, happy, polite and helpful on both the phone and again at checkin.

The drive up access to the room made arrival and departure easy and smooth. The room was simple and clean, exactly what I was after for a short overnight stay before an early start the next morning. Late check in was easily accommodated by the staff.

Great room and the lady gave us a larger room to cater for my mobility with a walker. Easy and quick access to Toowoomba hospital with our being in town or in a noisy area.

They didn't ,have a room with rails in the bathroom. Something to consider.

It was clean, bed was comfortable. Clean towels everyday. Close to city centre. The price of the room matched the facilities.

Shower tiles cracked, tap needed updating. Car park too concrete, would benefit from more plants and garden area .

Came for wedding at the Rose Garden, very close to walk. Room very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Staff friendly too.

Only complaint was the pillow was too high for me ( I like extra flat ones). Nothing else.

It was perfect for an overnight stay. The bed was comfortable Loved the picnic hamper arrangement for the utensils. The greeting at reception was very friendly.

A very noisy guest next door who talked loudly on the phone outside our window very early in the morning.
