HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We arrived from New Zealand three weeks ago to live. As we tried to base ourselves on the northern side of Brisbane we booked holiday apartments there. It was a horrible ten days as the place was filthy and nothing was as promised. We then booked an apartment at Quest in Springfield Lakes. I received a call from Astrid, the manager, to upgrade our apartment to a bigger one to accommodate my power wheelchair at no extra cost. When we arrived Astrid, Lauren and Natalie did everything in their power to make us feel welcome. We were amazed by the cleanliness of the place and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, right down to the cleaners. We truly felt at home and booked an extra week while we were waiting to move into our permanent home. There was enough disability and secured parking to choose from. The most endearing memory of this time was the lovely letter of welcome from Astrid the manager that awaited us in our room. It immediately took the stess away from what was a difficult and painful move for us. My husband and I cannot thank the staff enough for the way they handled our situation and tried to accommodate us. I will always recommend this place to everyone who needs a home away from home.

Everything was perfect.

One of the most charming, informed, and helpful front desk people I have come across in my role as a travelling consultant. Every question was answered politely and sincerly, and the authenticity of the interaction was a welcome change to the often brash, cookie-cutter approach to being welcomed at a property. The entire building is clean, and theres a complimenary coffee espresso machine, and a chocolate tim tam was offered as a snack. I arrived a little late at about 7:30pm, and I experienced the unexpected. The room is exceptionally large and airy, with windows that opened a little. I can't fault the choice I made, and the only reason I am giving this experience overnight stay 9/10 is so I can give a 10/10 next time I go.

I couldn't fault it; I didn't like that I had to leave and go to an appointment in the morning. I should have arranged a late check-out. In fact, it was already a late checkout at 11 am but I easily could have set up shop and made calls from my room all day.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially upon our arrival. The room layout with connecting rooms allowed privacy for all. We appreciated being up on the top (6th) floor. The room was quiet, the bedding very comfortable and the bathrooms were good. The availability of undercover secure parking was a key factor in our hotel selection with easy lift access.

The lack of breakfast availability was a minor irritation. The location was excellent for our purposes in attending a national Championships nearby but it was not a good location in terms of meals or alternatively shopping for items. There was a minor leak from the shower which was otherwise very good.

The staff were amazing, House keeping staff were awesome. Our room was always clean and tidy. Thank you Ladies. The cafe across the road at the mater was great and the owner was wonderful and always friendly.

The only thing i didn’t like was that there were no nearby restaurants.

I honestly had the best nights sleep in years. The mattress was perfect for me as I have severe back problems. I was very impressed how spotless everything was, and the quietness of the apartments. Also was lucky enough to get a fantastic view of fireworks, which was a lovely sight.

We did not know this area at all. Google maps kept sending us to a different entrance which was closed. I would definitely recommend Reception Signage entrance to make it easier for everyone. Even Menulog could not find the entrance. The very unhelpful driver left our food across the road at a medical centre and did not even bother to tell us. Luckily a cleaning lady bought it over about an hour later, but by then we were so upset we were not hungry anymore. Please make main entrance easy to find. It caused a lot of stress and tears for my sister and myself. We are not city people, and my sister is nearly 70yo. Don’t need that kind of stress at our age.

I stayed for one night on a business trip. Room was modern and spacious. Staff went over and above. Super friendly. No on-site restaurant, but if you order Uber eats, the staff will bring it right up to your room, so basically room service anyway! Nice little touches with a hand written welcome note and Tim Tams. Would definitely stay again!

Great adjoining rooms as a family . Very comfortable beds . Great space . When we arrived Nick was on duty at checkin . So lovely and professional. Went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed . Even showing my elderly parents how to use the coffee machine 😀😀perfect check in

Only thing was no close food options for dinner . Order Uber .. not the hotels fault

Room was just above the kindergarten so it was very noisy from 6am to 6pm. It needs extra acoustic insulation of sorts. Also beds were on wheels that can't lock so they were moving about with tossing and turning, wheels really need to be lockable.

This was a lovely property and you could not fault the staff. From the booking process, through to check in and check out, they always went out of their way to ensure a smooth process! Our guests enjoyed their stay and we have a new favourite when it comes to travelling to Brisbane.
