Love the layout of the facilities, the cabins are always clean and perfectly suit our family of 6. Inclusions in the rooms is great. We unfortunately had unseasonal cold weather so the couple of blankets were helpful! Toaster, pots, we used it all!

We’re not a fan of the food, but that’s just personal choice. When around the pool and swimming we prefer fresher options like meat and salad sandwiches and fruit. That’s ok though, I pack what we need and prepare it in our room. We also love going to the hotel and ordering a steak and wood fired pizza 😻

Excellent facilities and friendly staff provided exceptional service, making our stay truly unforgettable. Three days simply wasn't enough to fully enjoy all the amenities and the diverse range of children's programs. We are definitely going back and highly recommend to families.

Most activities required additional payments and felt a bit pricey. The bed mattress was uncomfortable for me, and the air conditioner hadn't been cleaned, resulting in a mouldy smell.

This was the most incredible place to stay with children! Our kids are 6 and 9 and we all had a wonderful time. We stayed in a studio villa, which was tight with luggage, but really well set out considering the size. It was nice to have an area to sit outside (it made the space feel bigger). The pool, playgrounds, and other facilities are exceptional and the staff were faultless! All so friendly and helpful. The kids had fun using their scooters around the park and loved all of the daily activities for kids. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Big 4 Sandstone Point, and we’re very keen to go back!

The resort is well set out and geared to making things easy for families. I liked the wrist bands instead of cards/keys which get lost. The studio room is really set out well with a curtain to pull across for privacy.

Kids meals - the chips were super salty, we couldn’t eat them. More healthy food choices would be great. Our room was clean but felt it could have been cleaner. Beds not comfortable and pillows too soft but expectable (it’s not a hotel). Would be good if the ground around the pools were cleaned more regularly as lots of Ibis around and Ibis poo to walk around which is hard when you’ve got little kids running everywhere. Spa needs a shade cloth as directly in sun.

I liked that the units were placed far enough apart that we didn't hear the people next door. We had a cabin next to the exit for the hotel, I liked that it closed at 9pm to stop noise.

The ceiling fan and exhaust fan in our accommodation was filthy. Not cleaned in the last 6 months. There was mould in the silicone around the floor of the shower. The light for the rangehood did not work. THE TILES AROUND THE POOL ARE RIDICULOUSLY SLIPPERY AND DOWN RIGHT DANGEROUS, major design flaw for the whole pool area.

Everything! The staff were terrific. Our villa was spacious and well appointed. The pool / spa area was awesome - there was so much for the kids to do. The proximity to the pub was also a highlight and the pub was one of the best places we’ve been. We loved it.

the property and facilities are amazing! from day one we had a fabulous time and can’t wait to go back. there is so much to do and see at the property that you honestly don’t need to leave.

it was a little cold this time of the year so we didn’t use the pool as much as we wanted but we will back when the weather warms up!

Great location for kids and families to relax

towel service would have been helpful to have more towels to go around with 4 of us using pool and shower a few times a day without having to get them From reception but other than that was great

Very clean, accommodates for more everything you could think of. Great heated pools and waterpark super fun! Swim up bar is great and food delivery for extra convenience. The hotel you can walk to is amazing food!

That you pay a very high price for the villas and you still have to pay for the arcade games, I think that should be free considering the high charge.
