The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location is convenient, and one of the highlights was definitely the rooftop terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the Brisbane skyline. A special mention goes to the very friendly male receptionist who handled our check-in – he was professional, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable right from the start.

Some of the female receptionists came across as quite unfriendly. They didn’t even greet us, which left a poor first impression and felt unprofessional. Additionally, due to the hotel’s proximity to a hospital, ambulance sirens can be quite loud at times, especially during the night. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement, especially in terms of guest service at the front desk.

This was my first time staying at a Swiss-Belhotel and I was very impressed by the hotel overall for its quality and features for a excellent value for money venue within walking distance to the Gabba.

As a regular business traveller, I prefer to dine in for breakfast and dinner - a limited breakfast menu was available but sadly dinner was not an option forcing to venture out to an unfamiliar area for dinner. surprisingly, your female staff member directed me to the local McDonalds and KFC ! The fixed panel in the shower is completely inadequate making a huge mess in the bathroom every time I showered.

The staff were wonderful, we were upgraded for my partners birthday! Would definitely stay again! The restaurant was lovely and staff were so accommodating in there. Overall lovely night stay!

My only complaint would just to have to be the cleaners be a lot more thorough throughout the room whilst cleaning, these are fairly new apartments so everything shows up in them and as someone who has done cleaning work in the past I personally don’t find it up to standard. There was also plastic left on the smoke alarm in the room from whoever previously had stayed in the room.

I stay a bit in and around Brisbane for work. The room in this Hotel was by far the best quality I have experienced for the price. The bed was very comfy and food outlets are close by and an easy walk.

Check in was extremely slow. I was not in a hurry, so was not too concerned, but I will admit if I had of travelled all day and just wanted to get into my room, this would have really annoyed me. The hotel is also not that far away from the Hospital. As a result sirens run all times of the day and night. As I was on the main road side of the building on the 4th floor, these were quite load and not ideal when trying to go to sleep. Not sure if this is as much of a problem on the other side of the building or higher floors.

The property seemed recently built or upgraded. It looked nice. A few adjustments and potential changes could help the guest enjoy their stay a bit more.

Didn’t like the air con was set and couldn’t reduce the temperature. The air blew in one direction straight to the curtains and the placement of the bed meant you couldn’t feel the air-con breeze. If someone had a medical condition for example and needed the room to be bit colder they wouldn’t be able to as the air-con couldn’t pass below 22 degrees. May need to look into that as it’s not really flexible to meet everyone’s needs. Also the bathroom layout means when you are having a shower the water comes out to the floor and makes it extra wet and slightly unsafe in the bathroom.

It was ok for what we wanted - to be near the Gabba. The bed was comfortable. Remote block-out blinds were good. Nice shower. Rooftop view is nice.

Really hard to see where the entrance to pull in for check-in is - did several laps of the block. Also, there is NO COVER from where you park to go down some stairs to the reception. It was bucketing down and I was soaking wet before I even got to the room. The reception area smelled of stale cigarettes and the stupid stand-up desks looked ridiculous and pretentious. The view from our room was a construction site and a road.

I recently stayed at the Swiss-Belhotel Brisbane and had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The hotel is well-located — close to South Bank, with easy access to dining, cultural venues, and river walks. Rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, with excellent bedding and a quiet atmosphere that made for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was well-appointed, and I appreciated the quality amenities and large shower.

Good rooms. Large. Nice breakfast. Lovely personnel. Good staff at the entrance. Placed central into Woolongabba. Very close to the stadium, the stations and the metro.

As a wheelchair user, there îs a very steep Hill to climb from.the Gabba to the Venue. And the beds height is a bit of a challenge to climb as a wheelchair user.

Staff were friendly and accommodating and it was nice, clean and comfy. Great for going to the footy at the Gabba, literally across the road.

I tried to get there in peak hour traffic and there was no parking anywhere, after being given the wrong driveway by Google maps, I had to do a lap of the streets/traffic and just ended up pulling into the driveway. Absolute chaos.
