Excellent everything. Great sized living, bedroom + 2 bathrooms. Will request room again. Pool good temp and size. Lagoon pool good for kids. Close to shops and beach. Nice views. Nice walk to mooloolaba along boardwalk. Would highly recommend this Resort. This is the 2nd time I have been there and it is now my Sunshine Coast go to Resort. Staff were amazing too. Very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too hard. Thankyou Oaks Seaforth for another brilliant memory

Car park space I had was between 2 cemement pylons and was very hard to park. I would not have been able to park if my daughter did not get out of car to guide me. Also room did not have a couple of essential items. First was an egg flip and the 2nd was an oven type casserole dish. Everything bowl like was either wooden or for the microwave only. Easy fix though

The pools & gardens were fantastic and even had wild life birds, lizards & bats and walking distance to cafes, shops and beach Lovely spot we had a wonderful week & staff were friendly, it was lovely & quite time when we stayed 🥰 definitely recommend staying here for all ages & great for family’s too. Only just couple maintenance things in the apartment if want tobe real fussy but we weren’t to fussed about nothing major & we advised staff on. It was beautiful and clean and lovely & quite definitely recommend staying here Thankyou

Staff were amazing, so much so that I would like to enquire about any rooms weather, Studio, or 1 brm appartments which may look at renting out for permanent rental or close to it if you could please assist me in finding out who and how could I make this possible. Kind regards ..Jayde x

Early checkout that's really the only thing both me and my daughter Marley didn't like. We are so grateful for your hospitality so much so that on the Saturday night we stayed my daughter was already asking if we could ask if a full time rental may be an option . These past couple of years has been really difficult for both of us .with my car accident. And then the death of my partner this could actually be the fresh new begging that we both truly deserve listen thanks again.. The Lagoons and main pool were great and gardens kept clean and maintained everything was organised and made our stay enjoyable and easy to find things. Staff were amazing and friendly! Will be back again this year!

This is feedback for improvement - WIFI strength not strong enough for online streaming and requesting guests to use their own hotspot. Guests pay enough money for the facilities and room, so online streaming should be a given and included in the accommodation as part of the service. In-house guest passwords for Wi,FI public access didn't work but used staff access instead so thank you. Toilet buttons and seat were broken but reported to reception.

The three bedroom apartment had plenty of space for our family of 5 (3 teenagers) and was very clean and modern. The shops out the front of the complex were handy and we loved being able to cross the road to get to the beach. We enjoyed accessing the pools. The gym looked well set up (we didn't make time to use it). The room was well equipped with plates, cutlery, etc. We didn't cook, so didn't pay attention to the relevant supplies for that.

We stayed outside of school holidays for a lower rate. We could never justify the price during the peak period. It was quiet while we were there. I'm not sure the pool, etc would accommodate the large number of units in the complex.

Great apartment with everything we needed. Ambience of the lagoons and gardens was lovely. Bit cold for us to use pool and lagoons but spa was great. If we had bought the family up we definitely would have utilised the many bbq areas as they were frequently cleaned and maintained.

Unfortunately we were in the apartment block close to main highway and although great view of beach, traffic was very loud and as a light sleeper was annoying for me..however it didn’t bother my husband. Realised on day one our kitchen sink had a leak to cupboard below which was pooling with water and also our spa bath didn’t work. Notified reception and gave authority for maintenance to come and fix next day but no one came for the week we were there. Notified staff again on leaving. Also asked if we visited again and requested a back of resort apartment due to being quieter would it be possible and they said to request at time of booking and would see what they can do.

This was a great trip- location was close to shops, few minutes to beach. Macdonalds other things you need is 5 minutes walk. Shopping centre with kmart was close in the car as well. Pools were amazing my girls loved that part the most. Everyone was friendly, we felt safe the whole time. We had a 2 bedroom apartment facing the pool and it was relaxing, we had a spa bath in the room. Washing machine and dryer, dishwasher. Was fantastic to cook dinner. Everything was great and we had no dramas at all.

Very quiet and pleasant place.

Wifi was non existent. Lap pool being refurbished which is ok but only told about it a few days before getting there. Not that it was a dealbreaker but leaving it a bit late for someone who is planning for a heated pool. Needed a blanket as the evenings were chilly and the one in the cupboard was disgustingly rancid like dirty human smell.I had to wash it and dry it before I could use it. Lucky the washing machine and dryer worked well and washing powder was supplied. I imagine it was an oversight as the apartment was pretty much spotless otherwise.

The location is excellent. Right on the Esaplanade, but back into the complex so quiet from the street noise. We had a room on the 4th floor of Cascades, overlooking the lagoon pool and bbq area with a large balcony. There is BWS and supermarket (SPAR) right out front plus a real french patisserie and great coffee. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds/pillows are extremely comfortable. The 2 pools were great, the lagoon being our favourite. We didnt use the bbq facilities but they looked clean.

Even though the unit (1 and half bedrooms) was comfortable, spacious and clean it was a bit tired. Parts of the carpet were thread bare, curtains stained and with holes and the bathroom was tired.

The property is such a great location. We wanted a quieter end of the beach. The apartments are fairly modern with comfy beds and good pillows. I like the fact it has a lagoon pool as well as lap pool. (The pool was under renovations when we’re there but looked great) I also like there is a gym on site. We had a two bedroom penthouse apartments and the view was to die for! The two levels of decks was great as well as the coffee pod machine in the room was a nice touch! Loved that there was a hotel underneath, bottle shop, convenience store and walking distance to restaurants and surf club.
