1) It is very clean and the beddings are comfortable 2) back access to the golf court. Can see big groups of kangaroos in the evening 3) Equipped kitchenette for family use 4) Spacious room for laying personal belongings around

1. The shower water leaks out the shower recess resulting in excessive water outside, the bath mat was soaked completely. If you have a family of three taking turns to shower, a wet bath mat and slipper food are not a pleasant experience. 2. Not enough hooks/rail to hang towels. There’s only one 800mm towel rail, not enough for 2x bath towels, 1x bath mat, face towels, and a hand towel.. (maybe acceptable for one night stay, but not for a few days of holiday)

The check-in process was seamless, as they accommodated my 2pm arrival request and provided a phone number to call and guide me through accessing my key fob for the door without needing to see anyone! This way, they don’t need a person at reception and I think it is an efficient process. The actual room was clean and had everything I needed including fridge, microwave, bathroom ammenities, kitchen sink, TV, tea/coffee, wifi and so forth. My room didn’t have cooking facilities but I believe there are rooms available with stovetop and kettle etc. The view out the back was wonderful, with the kangaroos lazing around. There is an outdoor seating area with BBQ which makes for a nice location to have a meal.

The motel room walls are quite thin so I could easily hear the children screaming at night as I was trying to sleep. Luckily they didn’t stay up too late. Just something to be aware of, not necessarily a huge downside, but something to definitely consider.

the bed was super comfortable, I always hate staying in motels cause most of the beds are terrible, but not this one, it was great

i didn't like it when workers that stay there, leave at between 6 and 6.30 and are having an actual conversation at that time of the morning, no consideration to anyone else sleeping and someone started up there motor bike at 6, Like come on. Also not enough bench area in the bathroom to put your things on, the bathroom was big enough to accommodate something like that. Apart from that everything was great.

Bathroom was a little small but adequate for 3 nights. There seemed to be a leaky tap over the sink in the bathroom which I reported to staff member on the day we were leaving who said she would report to management. There was a very rusty handled toilet brush which was quite off putting in what was a very new renovated bathroom. You can buy plastic toilet brushes very cheap in most cheap shops and supermarkets and plastic will not rust. Just a bit off putting that’s all.

Close to some amenities and had almost everything in the room that we needed

Just for the BBQ area maybe let guests know about purchasing some spray or liquids to clean afterwards. I've been to a few accommodation in hostels that provide it. But even just to let us know as we only found out when cooking. Able to clean most of it up with tissue and water. Also the blinds in room where not the best. But overall very happy with the room and place.

Location fi our destination was great, room was clean, and modern. Appreciated the microwave, and toaster, nice deep sink to be able to fill the jug

Needs more towel racks or hooks, an extra pillow for rooms with three people, same with extra milk, and the light indicating the temperature on the airconditioner was so bright during the night it kept the room quiet light

Breakfast not available. I have stayed here a few times over the years. It has been modified to a reasonable standard for what it is and where it is. A good standard overnight stay if you need to be there. The 2 seater lounge is worn out unlike the remaining furnishings and unit which seems fairly new. Now operated remotely which works fine.

Nothing in particular

Everything was nice and clean. Room had everything you need after a hot day on the road: a comfy bed, a powerful hot shower, a silently working AC and even a small kitchenette with microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. We found a good place for our bicycle out of view from the street and out of the rain.

Was a bit overprized, but still the best price we could get in that area. There was no staff around, check in was via phone. To be fair that went quite smooth, so that staff was not really needed.

Very clean rooms. Nice view of the golf course and there were so many kangaroos every morning and every evening.

Staff were not present on site and whenever I called with an enquiry or for check-in, they were not overly friendly and seemed to be in a rush to end the phone conversation. Customer service on the phone needs to improve, but everything else on the premises was perfectly ok.

Our only Complaint was that while Bathroom was new and spotless, there was absolutely nowhere to hang anything. No Shelves or Hooks, so you had to undress in the Bedroom, shower and come out into bedroom again to Dress which was a real hassell.
