The two bedroom pet friendly room was the most perfect choice for us while moving from Brisbane to Melbourne with a moving truck and Ute with trailer. Staff were exceptional and extremely helpful after check in and even after hours, they made an effort to come out and show us how and where to park. Staff came out to make sure we had the best parking and most comfortable stay. We had our truck and Ute parked right infront of our room with easy access in and out. There was a very convenient grassed area right by our door for the pups to roam around, and the rooms were spotless! Thank you for an excellent stay guys!

I liked everything about the property!

Room was quiet at night, comfortable with a lovely tub chair to watch TV from. TV was a good size and had a netflix account you could use. All the items you need to have your own breakfast, toaster, cutlery and crockery. the outside night lighting cast enough light into the bathroom at night so you did not need to turn on the main bathroom light. Good cover to pack the car whilst raining.

Nothing really, bed was a bit firm for us but not uncomfortable. Noisy fan in bathroom, was a bit annoying after a while. Only rainhead shower, which means no pressure.

The room was very tidy and clean on arrival. I was also directed into my parking bay on the first night. My card on arrival was over the daily withdrawal limit, so they took my accommodation stay out in instalments without me having to present to the office every day or two.

The hot water took a while to heat up. The spa could've had some spa oils, soaps etc.... in the room ready to use. One day they forgot to service my room, so I went to the reception and let them know. I was given clean towels and facewashers once I did that. An indoor dining table would've been nice, because it was to cold to sit outside and use the outdoor settings that are reserved for the spa suites.

We were travelling with our dog so booked a 2 bedroom Pet Friendly room. The room was great! Plenty of room for humans and dog to move around and lovely grass and garden areas. The room was very clean, the beds comfortable and made up with nice quality linen. The updated bathroom was spacious and the large rainfall shower head was lovely. There was a TV in each room as well as air-conditioning/heating. Overall we had a very nice overnight stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

My only complaint would be no power points close to the bed in the room with the Queen Bed in it. I have a C-Pap machine that needs to be plugged in and used overnight.

Sleepy Hill is a wonderful motel. It is clean, comfortable and well priced

There were 2 feral families in accommodation. They were noisy and objectionable. The manager had to quiten them down after 10pm. These people ruined the stay at what is a marvellous place to stay. I must thank management for their handling of the situation

The room was larger than expected. Comfortable bed. The pool area was very inviting.

My husband and I both tried contacting the motel, many times the previous day and day of arrival, trying both landline and mobile, even leaving messages, yet we had no answer or response. This was mentioned at reception when we arrived, and the response was, "I didn't get any messages". An apology would have been a much better response!

We absolutely loved the bed size; it was super comfy! Plus, there were plenty of towels available. The room had a spacious spa bath, which was just perfect for relaxing after our long day. What a fantastic way to unwind!

To enhance water conservation, the owners could optimise the time it takes for the water to heat up, as this would help save a significant amount of water.

Friendly reception staff. Clean, neat and good size room, comfy bed, had a small table/chairs plus an area to sit just outside door which was good. Had the opportunity to request a shuttle service to the bowls club. Didn't use the pool area but poked my head in and it looked nice.

Price was just a little more than we like to pay when it's just for one night. Nothing else was a concern.

The pool was very nice and refreshing after a long day on the road. Super comfortable bed and decent shower pressure. The motel is a little away from the town, but it was a bonus: pretty quiet and was easy to get back on the road the next day. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Nothing we could fault: to be honest for the money we've paid, we've got more than expected.

Very clean, comfortable room with everything I needed for my stay. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

There was a very strong smell of bleach in the room from when the bathroom was cleaned. Although I realise this means that the bathroom has been cleaned well and is sanitary, the odour was a little too strong. Perhaps they could try using lemon scented bleach, which would not be so overwhelming.
