The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was spotless and towels and bedding refreshed every day. The small kitchenette was helpful for a long stay. It is clearly budget style accomodation and we appreciated that for a longer stay, the room was basic.

The sofa in the room was small and despite the room fitting 4 people, the sofa was only a 2 seater, so it could have been more inviting. The living area windows were locked, so the only fresh air could come from the balcony door in the bedroom and without insect screens it wasn't ideal to stay open.

Location and having some cooking facilities plus laundry Loved my fresh towels & bed made daily (although we didn’t need fresh towels each day).

The trains (although I slept through them thank you) There’s a little ridge between carpet & non carpet that we kicked our toes on. The care for cleaning is missing - scungy stuff on shower door frame edges, no dishwashing liquid & if you advertise cooking facilities perhaps a chopping board and a few other necessities could be added ie no microwave dish - I brought my own luckily.

Having a kitchenette was great. Nice and clean. Spacious modern room. Great location. Lovely staff and having a laundry was handy. Several good options within walking distance for dinner. Train station close by. All in all, I would stay again.

I would have given it 10/10 but for the train noise and the room not being serviced daily. I didn't need someone to make my bed but it would have been nice to have the bin emptied. I had to look for a bin outside. Also no hooks to hang anything up in the bathroom.

It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the room was spacious and well-maintained, and the amenities were top-notch. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the ease of access to local attractions. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a restful sleep each night. I was also pleased with the convenient parking options available at the hotel. The parking was spacious, secure, and easily accessible, which made coming and going hassle-free during my stay.

This was a great inexpensive place to stay after needing to come to Penrith for an appointment. It's a fantastic location, less than 500m from the Emu Plains train station, making it an easy place to get to, and to get to anywhere else from. The staff were friendly and helpful. I booked an accessible room, and it was great for my needs, though I was a little surprised at some of the choices they'd made which prevented it from being a fully accessible room for people who use wheelchairs. They may have other accessible rooms with a different layout, but this is the one I was in. It had grab rails for the toilet and shower, and a well placed shower bench. The room itself was a good size, with a double bed, chairs and table. I liked the nice easy to use lamps that you just had to tap the base to turn them on and off. Plus the main light was a proper room light (I'm not a fan of hotels where you only get dim lighting) It had a little kitchenette with a kettle, microwave, plates, bowls, cups, mugs and cutlery, which was very useful. The floor was tile throughout, and while I personally like carpet, I know tiles are an easier choice for many mobility aids, so that's not a bad thing! The doors are unlocked by just tapping the key card against the reader, which is definitely easier than trying to insert them into a lock, so that was good. I did find the door itself a bit heavy though. Overall, I was happy with my choice of accommodation and would stay here again if I was in the area

They'd taken away the shower curtain which would have made the whole room a flat even floor and put in a glass shower frame and door, resulting in a lip at the bottom of the door which would cause problems for some people. I also would have liked somewhere other than the tiny shelf next to the sink to put dry clothes and toiletries. The height of the microwave meant it wouldn't have been suitable for a wheelchair user.

Reggie the Manager was helpful and friendly. We had a weird problem with the tv at 9pm on Friday night. He came to our room and reset the tv. Although the block we were in was alongside the railway track with the double glazing the noise was very much reduced and didn't wake us. The room was a good size with a kitchenette, tea, coffee & milk. There was a desk and chair, a comfortable chair and a dining table & chairs.

We found the parking spaces were small and tight to maneuver into and out of.

The rooms were very clean and well appointed. The carpark had a lot of spaces and the bays were of a very good width. The common lounge area was well furnished with three EFTPOS vending machines and a large TV for entertainment. The property on the whole was very well looked after, common areas were clean & tidy. Easy walk to Irish pub for a great meal and to a convenience store nearby.

Nothing I didn't like, we would stay here again if next in the area..

This hotel is in a great location - very close to train station, shops, restaurant precinct and supermarkets as well as a local gym and a beautiful walking track around the river. Staff are really friendly, the rooms are well appointed, quiet and clean and provide everything you need for your stay. I left something behind by accident and the hotel staff called to let me know and organised to post it back to me, which i appreciated.

I have stayed at this property many times now and will always request a quiet room. The ones with adjoining doors can be very noisy if you're unlucky enough to get noisy neighbors.

The staff were professional, super helpful and kind, room was nice and clean as well as the bathroom, had some good amenities and the bed was very comfy. Overall it was a quiet and relaxing stay which i thoroughly enjoyed.

The queen bed had wheels and it would roll around abit at night time. Im abit of a restless sleeper so i move around in my sleep and the bed would move abit which would wake me up but otherwise everything was great,

Loved everything other than the fact that I was literally cornered into paying more money for an early check-in. I am thankful though for being able to check in early even though I paid nearly 30% of the total room charges! I thought that the charges for this was excessive (seeing that rooms were anyways available) and bordering on price gouging. Felt that I was cornered and forced to pay up this additional charge for a simple early check in.

The huge charge (about 30%) for a requested early check-in, specially on a weekday when there were ample rooms empty.
