We've stayed here a few times now and it's a great park for young kids, the location is amazing with beach access so close. It's just so relaxing. We love Merimbula and we love staying here.

Only time I can get off work is Sept School holidays so the weather is a bit hit and miss, which I know can't be controlled but it's glaringly obvious by the fact that no one swims in the pool cos it is too cold that it needs to be a heated pool. The cabin we stay in is in a little need of updating and I did notice they were working on some of the cabins during our stay.

We opened our cabin to find it uncleaned from the previous occupants. We advised the staff. It had been missed on the cleaning roster. The staff (Christine) was wonderful. We were moved to another cabin of similar standard for the night and could move into our original booking the next day after it was cleaned. We liked the accomodation we were moved to and chose to stay there. We were given a refund for the downgrade, we chose to stay an extra night. It all worked out good the best in the end.

My son absolutely loved the facilities. The water slide, games room and the big bounce mat. The views are fantastic with only 2 minutes walk to the beach. We stayed 2 nights off peak and had the place to ourselves. Town centre is only 4 minutes by car with a good variety of shops and restaurants. I loved this place enough to choose it as the setting to ask for my partners hand, with good results. I'll be glad to return here for anniversaries. Great park,great staff, can't go wrong.

I was on my way from Melbourne to Sydney via the Princess Highway, this was a ideal location for a stopover and get some fresh air. The unit was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There were not a lot of people around, so it looked very spacious and quiet. I did a walk around the area and its very impressive. The office staff were very helpful. During the booking it said the office is open till Midnight, but I got a message on my way that it closes at 6pm. However, the office had made arrangements for key pickup in case I was late. This was really appreciated.

The air conditioner is only in the front and the rooms do get cold.

Location was good if you have a Vehicle. Walk into town was fine. Return was up as steep hill. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathroom was a good size, decent hot water temperature and pressure. Lovely walking distance to beach and near walking tracks lovely views.

Parking next to unit was unsuitable for motorbikes. Vending machine to dispense chips and soft drinks only took cash. Air-conditioning positioning made it difficult to heat into the bedroom. Lack of PowerPoint near bed meant unable to keep phones nearby while charging overnight.

I love these safari tents! I stayed in one in Koondrook and was recommended this place due to the ocean views. The little deck with bbq and bath and bench overlooking the ocean was perfection! The close walk to beach and morning coffee cart was great! The facilities are above expectation for a caravan park.

Hard pressed to find something we didn’t like. A little out of town and up a steep hill so if walking into town / shops is your thing it may be a little too far. Perfect for us though and a short drive to Main Street

A great spot to relax with a great view overlooking Middle Beach. Close by walks around the beaches and lookouts, a short drive into Merimbula for shopping.

The Safari tent location is on the main exit road so had the noise of vehicles leaving the park, also close to the children's water park and water slides so noisey through the day, great for kids however not for sleepy afternoon naps. Although a short drive into town for shopping I feel there could be more opportunity for a small shop near reception for some main staples such as milk, bread or just some crackers and dips.

Great location less than a 10 minute walk from the beach, it was nice to be able to take a stroll and watch the surfers while sipping my morning coffee. The resort offers a lot of entertainment options, with multiple playgrounds and waterparks for the kids, as well as a TV room and other communal areas, even though I was there in the winter so I didn't get to see them being used.

My only problem with the resort was that while I was there there was no wi-fi in my room (which was a bit further away from reception). It wasn't too big of an issue and they said it was temporary, but it might not be ideal for everyone.

Such a great neat park, lots of things for kids to do with the water park, pool and games room. Short walk to the beautiful beach and lots of other little walks to do around the park. Well set out with communal areas.

It's a bit pricey in peak season. But that's expected for seaside stays. One of the bunk mattresses was dipped in and needs replacing. The walk to the beach is not far, but a steep decline down and steep incline up, most people will manage, but it might be challenging for those less able.

We loved how cosy the place felt, the view was amazing and we loved the outdoor bath. This felt like a place we were happy to spend time in. We loved sitting on our private balcony.

Unfortunately as we stayed in the safari tent, the weather affected our stay. It was very very windy and the tent was loud and moving the whole first night. My partner and I did not sleep at all the first night. The second night was a little better but still very loud. I’d still recommend the experience but check weather first!
