Absolutely perfect for my short stay. Walking distance to the town centre and even closer for a selection of eateries (i recommend the Indian restaurant just down the road) The staff were super efficient and friendly at every time we crossed paths. The property is very well maintained, the pool is an added bonus, my room was exceptionally clean, updated, (and very quiet , even though the property sits on a main road). I leftearly then booked again in a few months time. Great value for money! Thank you Cessnock Motel Team!

comfortable bed after a longish drive. Easy walking distance to food outlets. Quiet room. Clean and perfectly adequate room and a good and spacious shower.

the television remote didn't operate easily so I gave up I think there were instructions which I found next morning but these weren't in an obvious location.To be picky, I thought the pillows were horrible. Others may have thought them wonderful, and I should have brought my own which has a bit of thickness.

Stayed 2 nights Friendly Staff, Very Clean, Spotless Bathroom, Comfy Bed, Quiet Location Close to town Plenty of Take Away Restaurants across the road. Good Air Con and Plenty of Hot Water in Bathroom. Would stay again. We visited family in Bellbird, went for lunch at Bellbird Hotel for surprise reunion, Meals at pub were excellent and also coffees, Best Chicken Snitchels 😋 Dining room has been refurbished since we were there many years ago.

Loved the place, its freshly renovated. Specially for a small families ( of 4 ) they have family rooms to cater for them. Our kids loved the pool as it was clean. Hotel also has BBQ facilities that can be used. We had a great time there. Both Hosts looked after us soo well. Never felt like a hotel more like a family. Hotel is close to everything. Huntervalley gardens and wineries are all 10-15 mins drive. We now have a permanent place to stay when we are in Hunter valley. Thanks again for your great hospitality. Loved it. Sidd Shah

My room was very comfortable and clean. Bed was very nice, beautiful mattress- (Room 1). My parent’s room was very comfortable and clean. Bed needs new mattress- (Room 8). Staff /Managers very friendly, courteous and were very helpful with rooms. Cleaner was very helpful and friendly. Have stayed here 3 times x 2 rooms each time. Would stay here again nice, quiet and relaxing. Close to food, clubs and shops. Pool and Motel yard very clean.

Property was clean and well organised Manager was so nice walked us to the room showed everything guided us about the spots were we can visit Gave complimentary water and milk for my son and offered to use there office kitchen if needed for my son food Rooms were really comfy and clean extra pillows and blankets were there for guest to use if needed As I was travelling with my son by my own really feels secure at the premises Cannot asked anything better Value for money Highly recommend this motel you will not be disappointed

Limited face to face contact with staff, almost non existent. Needed to speak to someone about reducing length of stay. Temporary reception person indicated that owner was ill. No one at the reception desk at the designated time frames advertised.

At the cessnock motel the staff were extremely friendly everything was provided the beds very comfortable, room was immaculate ,central location to shops and resturants the pool was clean and maintained, plenty parking most important great value I highly recommend I would most definitely stay here again thank you 😊

Customer service offered was at level best . Went with group of friends they allowed us to use their kitchen fridge for our barbecue meals .barbecue area was relaxing and we had full fun .swimming pool was nc and clean Perfect place to go with friends to relax and enjoy Rooms were very clean and comfortable Great location Very secure and very close to wineries and hot air ballon Plenty of parking on the premises Had wonderful experience.highly recommend this motel
