We absolutely loved the buffet breakfast - Great value for money and delicious food. The facilities were great and family friendly. Absolutely fabulous coffee (Vanilla Latte), better than any I’ve had in NZ. The reception girls were so welcoming, lovely and helpful, answering every question I went to them with. It is in a great location with the motorsport park straight across the road and the traffic from the highway we couldn’t hear. Heaps of free parking. Bar and restaurant on site as well as room service available. I will definitely be booking for WTAC next year!

The staff were marvellous, both the girls who checked us in and the man who checked us our fairly early in the morning. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of hot water in a roomy shower, the room was quite spacious. We had notified the facility ahead that we were towing a trailer, and they had parking for both car and trailer. The WiFi worked well, although the keys to getting into it were not overly obvious, being in tiny font on the cardboard folder containing the room access cards.

Only a number of little things stopped a higher evaluation. No extra pillows or blanket. A sagging cupboard door. An obvious mark in the middle of the carpet. A loose handle on the tap over the sink. No folder telling us about the facility or it's surroundings. For us, in our late 70s, a big issue was a very long walk to bring our gear from the car to the room. For Sydney, it's a budget priced hotel, but for a couple living on a pension, it's expensive

The staff moved me to another room as the fridge was not working, nor the safe, I actually took my property with me. The view in the first room was so good, being so close to the race track I was there to attend the drag racing, and other like minded people were staying as well It was a good visit

The fridge was not working, keeping came and left, saying that they would report it to reception. It was after not being able to open the rooms safe I was offered another room I am grateful to the staff for doing this for me

Location is perfect for motorsport fans or anyone conduction business in Blacktown region. Handy facilities downstairs and the Oak Bar is great for meals and a few drinks.

Paid for the top executive suite and we have done this before and received one of the front rooms overlooking the track. our room was midway down the side overlooking the carpark and room appeared to be no different to the standard king :-(

Convenient location. Clean room and awesome buffet breakfast.

The advertised "heated" swimming pool was freezing. We got in our swimmers, went down, stepped down the ladder and had to get straight back out. My son was really disappointed. Hopefully this will be fixed asap... or put up a sign saying the heating isn't working etc.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner options within facility so no need to travel. Small gym but enough equipment to do full body workout.

Light switches greasy and dirty, curtain had stains. Spider webs on pot plants in lobby. Pool is always too cold to swim.

The view of the car racing on level 2 - very entertaining for toddler. And also the choice of body wash. Great scent!

Packet of bikkies for my coffee in the morning would have been good. QR code didn't work to order room service breakfast. So gave up and went to maccas

Location is spectacular. Barista that was on during breakfast was absolutely lovely.

Prices have gone up ridiculous amounts in recent years. Also, I was not made aware of the security bond going up prior to check-in, which meant we had to budget much more when we were there, as the funds were held until after we had left. It was very inconvenient not knowing it prior.
