Located in a quiet backstreet, not so central but 15 min walking from the main attractions. Very spacious room. Staff helpful in changing a booking last minute and arranging an airport transfer. Small breakfast but with everything you need. Room cleaned every day during the stay.

Difficult to get good sleep in a non-silent room. You can hear everything from the reception and other guests coming back in the night. Besides that, we were forced to unplug the mini fridge because it was too noisy and we had to remove the key card from the electricity slot during the night because the background noise from the electrical panel was unbearable. Water pressure in the shower not optimal. No lift in the building.

Good location in the center area of the city. Excellent breakfast. Very clean room and everyday cleaning. Comfortable room size. No noise from roads due to the location. Very good ration - value for money. I would recommend this hotel to my acquaintance.

Loud fridge, which I turned off cause I didn't use it. In my room, at night, light from the stairs partially penetrated into the room because the protective film on the internal glass had peeled off. Strange electrical noise from the ceiling. For me, it was a little bit cold in the room.

Location was good , 5 min by taxi to center. Staff was really kind and helpful. We arrived in the morning 6-7 am to the hotel so we requested breakfast box to the room and they fulfilled our special request. Room was clean and they have changed out towel. Room is enough for 3 people for a short stay.

Walls were really thin so it was a bit noisy. Could be some fresh vegetable offered for breakfast and some more fresh fruit.

Overall It was a good experience. Staff will help you if you need anything. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are nice decorated and spacious and the location is suitable. although it is 15 minutes walk to the center, but there are beautiful parks and streets around.

Nothing for regret but somethings could be better and has place of improvement. For example, There was no everyday cleaning (unless on demand). When we arrive there were no one to help us with suitcase and ... The only thing that really bothered us was that instead of one double bed, they put and stuck two single beds together.

We are incredibly thankful to the vast staff of the hotel for their hospitality and professionalism! Helped us out in every way. The room and the whole building is well looked after, it's very tidy and clean. Many details have been thought of. There was everything we needed and enough space for a stay in a city hotel, even though the room was rather small. The bed was very comfortable and all of us including a small toddler had a good sleep. The surroundings are quiet. The food was tasty, everyone was friendly. And there are different services - from ordering fresh food to laundry, for good price. You need only 5-10 minutes to get to the city highlights by taxi.

We had a room with a rather dark interior, but they differ as we could see. The water from the shower gets everywhere - had to use towels to stop it. With a baby or a small child around it can be a problem. But it didn't spoil our stay.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was a decent size, modern, and well-equipped. Good shower, too! It was also very quiet, which is important when you need to work. Breakfast was great, and I loved the fact that you could have it out in the yard.

The room was a little dark perhaps, but I am noticing that about many hotel rooms in Armenia (to reduce the heat?). A corkscrew would be a useful addition. ;)

Perfect place for visiting Yerevan. In city centre, to reach any famous tourist destination needed 5-10 minutes to walk! Wonderful persons who will be hosting you at this place, will be made all your dreams- come true! Breakfast in one week time never repeat. Daily basis fresh food arrive to the kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff in right place!

- Location. Somewhat central location (15 min walk to the Republic Sq) and as well very quite (the hotel is located in the inner yard between the apartment houses). - Tea facilities in the room. - Staff. Is very friendly and helpful. - Beds are comfy and there are free slippers. - Breakfast is nice, half of which is home cooked.

- There is no central heating, only aircons which is tricky in winter with negative temperature at nights. Aircon heating was poor (hotel reception has a better one), taking a shower was a challenge. - There is no elevator (but hotel staff helps with getting things upstairs). - Price for the airport pick-up is 3x up the price of YandexGo taxi.

Rooms are spacious, breakfast buffet was nice, staff helpful and friendly.

After showering the bathroom floor will be wet, as there is no door for the shower. This is just a minor thing though and results out of the way the shower was designed.

The breakfast was really homey, location is good just a bit hard to find by the driver but the staff are very friendly and accommodating. We arrived late and they made sure we have no problem with that.

Just the location. Area wise it is good. It is just inside of the compound. When you walk it is ok, but if you book a taxi, chances are they would be lost.
