Tatev at the front desk was VERY polite and was very accommodating in my native language, which was a very pleasant surprise. She was available for questions and any help I may have needed and allowed me to pay for an additional guest the next morning when I found out my friend would be staying with me!

Breakfast is good and I enjoyed Lobby Bar. Location is not center but near ARARAT Factory and Bus Station so it is very good for me.

it was a great experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean and cozy—perfect after a long day of exploring the city. The location was also ideal, close to many restaurants, cafes, and attractions, which made it super convenient to get around. I especially appreciated the warm hospitality and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay.

One small downside was that the sauna was only available until 9pm, which felt a bit early, especially after returning late from a busy day. It would’ve been nice to have access a bit later. Still, everything else was great, and I’d definitely recommend the hotel and consider staying again!

The room was large. Everything was in place. Food is fabulous. The location is great. The problem is with staff. Apart from the receptionists, no one knows English. I gave a couple of things for washing, and the housekeeping either misplaced or threw them. I asked for my room to be cleaned. I came back after a busy day and found my bed undone, room unkempt, etc. The receptionist did get housekeeping to do the room after i complained. Although it was 22 degrees in the daytime, the air-conditioning was off. Nights were comfortable if you opened the windows. But once you opened the windows,it became noisy. Cars honk all night,people shout. It is difficult to get sound sleep.

The staff was professional and friendly. They could speak English very well and communicate quite effectively. The breakfast was terrific and quite satisfying with great various options.

The pool was so small and the water was cold. the bathroom's floor did not have a drainage system so water would remain on the floor for a long time which made the room humid.

The hotel has a great location and nice atmosphere. The room, bed and towels are always clean. Very polite staff.. highly recommended family suits .👌

The furniture is quite old and the pool and sauna don’t correspond to the 4 star hotel

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were all super nice and helpful. Anytime I had a question, they were quick to guide me in the right direction. The location is also a big plus—perfect for anyone needing access to the U.S. Embassy or wanting to explore downtown.

The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast—it could definitely be improved. But to be fair, this seems to be a common issue across many hotels in Yerevan.

Good-sized room with air-con, kettle and fridge and a large spotlessly clean en-suite bathroom. The hotel is very easy to find; the airport express bus drives right past the front door. It is however right on the southern edge of the city centre so there is a bit of a walk (all slightly uphill) to reach the main sights

The location of the hotel was very good, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent

The rooms were very cold, there were no toothbrushes, and the bathroom faucet was a bit problematic

This hotel is great and only a short 10-minute walk from the Republic Square, so you can easily reach North Avenue and other central spots. Inside, the hotel combines a classic design with a modern building, giving it a charming feel. My economy room was spacious and bright, featuring a comfy king-size bed, a cozy corner sofa, a handy coffee table, and a practical desk. The bathroom was very clean and had a bathtub. They even provided two complimentary water bottles every day. The WiFi worked well, allowing me to do video calls without any problems.

Although having a pool was a nice feature, it was a bit disappointing that it wasn't heated.
