Location is just beside the Cascade Complex. You get everything nearby. Staff were courteous and seemed to be trying their best to help. Bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was not with many options for you to try. We did not see the housekeeping staff clearing the toilet trash bins and did not provide additional toilet tissue rolls even when they saw the tissue roll was about to finish. Air-conditioning in the room was not that strong so we felt very hot during our entire stay. I had complained about it a couple of times to the receptionist and they said that they will ask the A/C technician to take a look at the condition of our room, but we did not see anyone turning up.

Clean and friendly. It is located about 10metres along Cascade stairs..almost literally on the side of the stairs. Facing stairs look to your left. Had planned to stay here one day as a base and stsyed 3days. Restaurants and social stroll is here. Sitting under trees at hotel.is quiet and relaxing. Definitely worth staying.

Needed to get used to Armenian summer and AC wasn't as cold as I wanted but was comfortable.

The employees are friendly and very helpful. The receptionist who came to assist us is so kind from day one when we arrived (our driver dropped us at the backside of the hotel so we thought we were lost) she helped us with directions. They were also very quick to serve any requests and we didn’t need to follow up. The lady who was at the pantry area and the lady chef were always smiling and spoke to us making sure we enjoyed the breakfast. The buffet breakfast was good and food was always freshly made and warm like eating at home. We asked for extra pillow and we were not charged for that. Rooms were always cleaned and washroom is very clean too. The hotel is located in the center and very near many shops, cafes, restaurants, money exchange and landmarks. In the evenings if you need to buy supplies like water, etc. take an evening stroll, have a drink, it’s so convenient.

The metro train could be heard from our room because the tunnel was near the location. It was not so loud but still it made some noise. Toiletries like cotton rounds and ear buds are not provided so bring your own.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.They all make you feel right at home.Especially need to mention here Sofi who was always cheerful and tried her best to help us with good advice and useful tips. The location is fantastic.Very convenient to find place to eat and navigate your way around Yerevan.

The shower -it was very difficult to use it without flooding the bathroom to some extend.

Very helpful service right from our arrival in the middle of the night. Especially Andrei's hospitality was notable, but all staff were helpful and friendly. The location was very convenient for exploring the city centre by foot. Despite its centrality the room was quiet. Good breakfast. We got a free upgrade to a larger room which was a nice surprise.

Water jug and coffee/tea would have been a good addition. Also didn't have separate shampoo and conditioner. During day time hours the metro line made notable rumble, but we got used to it quite quickly.

Great service. Exceptionally friendly and professional staff. Booked family suite though provided executive suite which is more spacious with elevated bedroom. Nice breakfast. A sweet Chef took regular feedbacks and made fluffy omelets with variety combinations each day and her cheese spinach puff is a must try. Daily housekeeping, neat & clean. Absolute perfect location. Cascade complex is just 50mtrs away and 100+ restaurants around. A definite comeback place...

Location was wonderful. staff was very helpful , ask for Sofi. they are happy to get food ordered and meet expectations. the welcome bawl of cherries was a real cherry on top

the metro kept waking me up early. the room was a little small, jumpy internet service.

The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the all sightseeings of Yerevan. Exactly on the side of the most beautiful part of city center Cascade architecture monument. Enjoyed the stay.

The picture was better than the actual room but still I was happy. It was a nice room and (considering the other offers in Yerevan), good value for money. What did exceed my expectations was how nice the staff was. They went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. Thank you very much to everyone at Cascade for providing an excellent service! ❤️

I think that the rooms look better and fancier in the Booking.com pictures but they still don't disappoint. It was, overall, a nice experience.

Breakfast spread could be improved. Found hair in the bread twice on consecutive mornings. Shower curtain would be good as the whole bathroom becomes messy after a shower.
