Recently renovated, everything new clean and comfortable. The owner is very nice and he would even offer me a drink in the annexed beach bar. It’s a little something which adds on the positive points.

Out of the two bedrooms in the queen suite, only the main one has the sea view. the second room with single beds was behind the main room with no windows at all. This was not clear from the pictures when I booked, which are somehow misleading in this sense: they show a mix of different suites, giving this false idea of all rooms having the sea view. At least there was air conditioning in both.

Ideal location; 2 min walk to Spar (shop), 3 min walk to Ferry Port, 6 min walk to seafront boulevard (promenade). The staff were incredible. They went above and beyond and arranged transportation for us when there was no immediate transport available. The room had 2 large bedrooms, both with access to the balcony with its glorious sea view. Restaurant and bar onsite right on the private beach. Delicious breakfast included and served in the beachfront restaurant.

Our maps took us to the street parallel. Thankfully we’d seen the sign beside the property says Oceanic Restaurant and points down to the restaurant, car park and elevator into the hotel (there is a door into the hotel at street level but there’s no sign).

Great holiday experience in Saranda. One of most beautyfull views for sunset directly from our balcony and private beach here. Perfect suites, good breakfasts and so nice staff there. Everything what you could need is around Hotel: shops , good taverns, local tour agencies, bus stops, direct ferry to Corfu etc. Deffinitelly I can recommend this place to stay in Saranda for everybody if You looking for really good base for Your Holidays in Albania.

Comfortable bed. Clean and large room. Terrace had view of carpark and beach bar. Nice breakfast bar for the morning. Parking easy (Sarande is a crazy place to drive around). Close to ferry to Corfu. Pleasant staff.

The hotel beach was just gravel with limited sun loungers. We headed to nearby Sunset beach which had very nice loungers, and a more swimmable beach. We felt the hotel was quite pricey considering the beach wasn't anything special. The music at the beach bar in the evening was very loud, to the point where you couldn't have a conversation.

Breakfast setting was lovely, great views and a good selection of food. Room was very spacious, clean and great balcony area. Location very handy for the port and a short walk to the main promenade area. Secure parking also.

We returned from a day out to find the cleaner had left the key in the door (from the outside) and also had left a vape in our bedroom. The receptionist didnt understand our concern due to the language barrier. That was the only issue as everything else was great.

The rooms with 2 bedrooms where very nice (second bedroom does not have any windows at all) with the view to the sea and beach. There was free access to beach and we could use the chairs. Breakfast was ok - not many options but totally ok. Rooms where large and with aircon. Very quiet location. Parking was free under the hotel which was really nice since there are no parking places available on the streets.

Double rooms have a view to a street and do not have any windows only balcony door.

Fantastic sea view from our large 2 bedroom suite. Very high cleaning standard. Great breakfast buffet in the beach bar with sea view. Free sun beds/umbrella on the small private beach. Lots of free parking. Walking distance to city center, but still a quiet area. Highly recommended for a stay in Saranda

Excellent views of the water

I booked a Queen suite with ocean views. I was initially given the keys for a horrible corner room - no sofa, small balcony and no windows in second bedroom. the photos on google clearly show a sofa in many photos. I was told that was not our room as only two people. however it was changed when I complained. it is disappointing I was given the other room initially. from other reviews it appears the same may have happened to other guests who didn’t complain/ weren’t able to move. I suggest you make it clear in the booking that you are expecting the room you booked and paid for. If they say both rooms are Queen suites and depends on what is available I recommend you book elsewhere.

My wife and I stayed in a 2-bedroom ocean view suite. One room was an interior room with 2 single beds. The other room was larger and had a king bed; this room connected directly to the balcony that had a table and chairs for 4 people. The two rooms are connected by a private hallway that also provides access to the shared bathroom and access to the balcony for the room with 2 single beds. The balcony has a nice view of the sea. There is free and secure parking on-site. There is a decent restaurant that is part of the property where the free breakfast buffet is set up in the morning. You can also get drinks, lunch, dinner, snacks, etc. at the restaurant. The restaurant is near the water’s edge. Between the restaurant and the water is a small gravelly beach with umbrellas and sun loungers that the hotel provides. Although there are restaurants and bars nearby, you could be comfortable never leaving the property.

Nothing to complain about.
